What is special about this show is the sarcasm and the parodies. Similar to how celebrities were not afraid to mock themselves on 30 Rock, this show did it 25 years earlier, like with Rob Reiner here tonight. He was funny, but the main storylines usually suffer and this one saw that as the angry ex-boyfriend thing was pretty bad.
Still, you will laugh if you watch this show. It's that simple.
