I've got 71 episodes on dvd-r... Still haven't seen hide nor hair of it on dvd yet..

Just heard that It's Garry Shandling's Show is coming to DVD in October. Whats more they will be releasing all 4 seasons on a 16 disc boxset, no art work or price yet but full details can be found here.
