It's not often that a tv star has done all three networks (before 1986). Bill Cullen & Dick Clark have achieved that feat.
And in 1969, Paul Lynde pulled it off doing Hollywood Squares on NBC, The Perils of Penelope Pitstop on CBS & (guesting on Bewitched) It's The Wolf on ABC.
Strange that Paul wanted his name off the credits on both cartoons.
As for the series, I enjoy hearing Lambsy cry "It's The Wolf!" Only Mildew Wolf would resurface as a play by play announcer on Laff-A-Lympics (except this time, John Stephemson took over the chaacter's voice).
That same year, Alan Melvin would become Sam Franklin, Alice Nelson's boyfriend on The Brady Bunch.moreless
