These two episodes come about half way thru the 1st season. They are (combined), possibly, the funniest hour on television. The smarmy, self-serving Jason Bateman character is/was what TV needed at the time.moreless

Possibly about the funniest thing I ever saw on TV. Stealing medical skeletons, in order to create a band that Bateman promised his school he'd get to play at their dance. First you get Eli trying to control all the skeletons via wires, trying to make them play their instruments, speak etc..
Then you have the idiots that attempt to 'interview' the band. And actually buy the fact that they are speaking to real people. Hilarity ensues.
This show was truly ahead of its time and deserved more than it got. I hope to see it pop up on DVD as my VHS copy is wearing thin.moreless
