Jack is talking to Matt in the locker room. Matt admits to Jack that he's gay. Jack tells him he should talk to his parents. Jack then says, "It's 2003. . ." Considering they had the election episode last week, they should have corrected this episode so he would say 2004.
That scene with Matt is a flashback, thus taken place one year earlier than the present, which would be 2003.
Bobby: What's wrong with mom? Jimmy: You mean now or in general.
Jimmy: When you turn 18, dont walk...run!
Tom: So all of Hart, Missouri can be here except for the guy that worked with you every day?
Jimmy: You made a pretty good turkey though. Grace: No, I had to call the turkey hotline. Jimmy: There's a turkey hotline?
Grace: I could do this all day. Jimmy: Yea me too, but you would need a pee break.
Jimmy: You think she's tough now, try sharing a bathroom with her.
Grace: What are you making? Jimmy: Margueritas. Grace: On Thanksgiving? Jimmy: Yeah, I'm trying to incorporate your son's Mexican heritage into the holiday.
Marcus: I bet she had a melt down when Mary-Kate went into rehab.
Grace: Bobby, can you go keep an eye on your uncle. He's emptying the dishwasher and I'm not sure he's up to the challenge.
Bobby: Mom, how do you know when the corn is ready? Grace: When it's really yellow. Bobby: But it's green. It's sacotash. Grace: I dunno...when it's really green?
Grace: I could do this all day. Jimmy: Yeah so could I, but you would need a pee break.
Jack: Don't you have somewhere to be? Bobby: The bell didn't ring yet.
Tom: Your mom didn't mention anything to me. Bobby: She must have just forgotten. Tom: Yeah, forgetting is not really her style. Jimmy: I'll say.
Grace: What, is that like your 5th drink? Jimmy: What, is that like your 5th outfit? Hey Grace who are you getting so dressed up for?
Grace(spills marguerita purposely): Aww Jimmy look what you made me do! Now I have to go change!
Matt: How can you not see how shallow she is, Jack? All she cares about is her lipstick color.
Matt: She doesn't appreciate you, and you don't care because she puts out. Jack: Shut up.
Jimmy: You gave up pot, what, an hour ago, and all of a sudden you're the Substance Abuse Poster Child?
Grace: No career, no boyfriend, you have nothing. Jimmy: I thought I had family.
Matt (to Jack): I think I'm in love with you.
