    • In the son of jackass segment. stevo was chose to be the survivor because the crew said that he would be the one that no one would have guessed to survive.

    • According to womenboxingrecords.com, the girl Ryan Dunn fought (Kumagai Naoka) is 1-2-0 with one fight unverified in the US.

    • The song playing during the skit where Bam, Tony Hawk, and Matt Hoffman were "fat" was "Baby Got Back" by Sir Mix-a-Lot.

    • When Johnny Knoxville claims that he was Lon Chaney's lover, Knoxville actually had no clue who Chaney was. He saw Chaney's star on the Walk of Fame as he was being thrown out of the store and thought it would be a funny thing to say.

    • A few reasons that the movie was shot mostly in Japan was that 1. They couldn't film in the US with all the fans gathering around to watch and 2. In Japan you do not need consent to show people's faces.
