Crazy Guggenheim chats with Joe the Bartender about the common cold, then performs the song "Oh, How I Miss You Tonight." Barbara Heller does impressions of Ethel Merman, Roberta Sherwood, and Bette Davis. Reggie Van Gleason III takes a job.
In a famous sketch, the Poor Soul rides a bicycle into a brick wall to demonstrate a wrist watch that can withstand any punishment. Gleason hit the fake wall, he and it toppled over, and he broke a bone in his left wrist.moreless
