Jackie Gleason's begins his fourth season with guest singer/impressionist Marilyn Michaels
Frank Fontaine plays rube Fred Frump introducing the blackouts; topics include Gleason as a Miami Beach tourist, a man trying to sleep as his dog snores, and a musical genius about to create. Jackie trades jokes with Helen Curtis over a bunch of coconuts. Crazy Guggenheim tells Joe the Bartender about "Mary Poppins" and performs "All Alone". Michaels sings "Bill Bailey" and "Once in a Lifetime". Returning as regulars are Frank Fontaine, Helen Curtis, Phil Bruns, Sid Fields, Jan Crockett, Sammy Spear and the June Taylor Dancers.
