    Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

    FILTER BY TYPE

    • TRIVIA (2)

      • RADM Michael Lohr, the Judge Advocate General from 2002-2004, played a cameo role as the admiral that briefed Admiral Chegwidden at the beginning of the episode.

      • Goof: As Harm & Mac are taking off, Mac reminds Harm how much she hates flying, especially since the last time they went up, they crashed & she was stabbed in the leg ("Full Engagement"). In that episode, though, Mac is shot, not stabbed. The comment is also in error as the last time the two went flying was when they flew a MIG-29 and ejected after being fired upon by the Russian military ("To Russia With Love").

    • QUOTES (4)

      • Harm: (while taking off) You're ready?
Mac: I'm never ready for this. The last time you took me up, you crashed and I got stabbed in the leg. I still have a scar.
Harm: Try closing your eyes this time.

      • Admiral Chegwidden: Commander, you're willing to give up your career and possibly your life to get her back. What if you're successful? What of you find her, Harm? What are you willing to risk to keep her?
Harm: I haven't thought it through, sir.

      • Harm: (about Mac) I can find her, sir.
        Admiral Chegwidden: How?
Harm: I'll- I'll find a way! I request emergency leave, sir.
        Admiral Chegwidden: Denied.
        Harm: Then I quit, sir.

      • Webb: Sarah. I don't know how much of me asking you here had to do with your credentials, and how much had to do with just wanting you here with me.

    • NOTES (2)

      • International Episode Titles:
Czech Republic: Bojovnik Webb (Fighter Webb)

      • This episode (along with the 2 previous episodes) were written long before they normally would have been. This was due to Catherine Bell's pregnancy & planned maternity leave, which would have occurred during the time these episodes would have normally been filmed. As a result, the scenes with Mac were being filmed at the same time as other episodes were being filmed. The plane crash at the end of the episode was written into the script to give the writers a way to remove the character of Harmon Rabb, Jr., if David James Elliott failed to renew his contract. He eventually did sign a new contract.
