It seems season 10 is the year of the Middle East. This time Harm is sent out to investigate a Navy helicopter attack on a unarmed fishing boat that was approaching an oil platform. In non-Harm fashion we get a quick write-up and recommendation that the helicopter crew was not at fault. We soon learn the reason for this is the main story is Harm himself. In an amazing coincidence while Harm is up working on his F-18 quals and unidentified aircraft approaches the oil platform. The two fighter screens normally on patrol had been dispatched to an S.O.S. call so only Harm is available. He tries some of his old tricks to knock the plane off path when it appears that the crew is unconscious. Harm resorts to shooting the plane down to protect the oil. Next up is Sturgis who is sent to investigate Harm's incident. They have a huge blowup which seemed fairly ridiculous because Sturgis hasn't even been in like the last 3 episodes and they used to be fairly good friends. He recommends Harm receive an article 32 hearing and they spar some more.
Meanwhile Mac is dealing with a newly assigned lawyer to the team Lt. Gregory Vukovic. She seems to have problems with his methods and lack of military bearing. I don't think I like him either.

Goof: When Harm is on approach working on his F-18 carrier quals, the hull number for the ship shown on the deck is 74. A few seconds later after he has landed the side of the "island" is shown with the number 72.

Nitpick: When Col. Fadil Najjar grabs the terrorist and curses at him he says, "I should shoot you like a dog you son of a syphilitic whore," according to the subtitles. However he only says as far as, "I should shoot you like a dog," more over the Arabic that he speaks is extremly broken and almost unrecognizable. He also speaks written Arabic, which is quite different from spoken Arabic throughout the episode.

Harm was ordered to report aboard the USS John F. Kennedy (CV-72) to investigate the shooting of an Iraqi fishing vessel. The actual footage was from the USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72).

In this episode, Harm is doing his "quals" in an F-18 Hornet rather than his usual plane, the F-14 Tomcat. The F-18 comes in several varieties, with either a crew of one or two. Apparently Harm was flying an F-18 F/A-18C, which does not use a second person as a weapons system officer.

Harm lifts the other aircraft's wing with his own. He's had some practice with this maneuver; he did the same thing in the episode "Angels 30" and saved the lives of an F-14 pilot and his RIO.
