Episode Summary

Jaggle Bells

Mac's "little sister" unexpectedly shows up at JAG headquarters, declaring that she's run away from her abusive stepfather. While she investigates whether Chloe has been abused, Mac has her hands full keeping her from turning the office upside down, then learns that her real father is still alive serving on a ship in the Navy. Despite the cost, Mac convinces the Admiral to allow the two to talk to each other via satellite video-conferencing.

Meanwhile, Harm spends the evening interrogating a beautiful Navy doctor arrested for DWI after she lost control of her vehicle on icy roads and ran over a Nativity scene. Harm agrees to defend her when he learns that just before the accident and before she took the breathalyzer test, she had drank some liquid cold medicine (which contains 25% alcohol)

Adm. Chegwidden's attempts to fly to Italy to spend Christmas with his daughter, however, with the Washington, DC area mired in snow, most of the flights out have been cancelled. True to form, Bud comes through by finding the Admiral a seat on a military transport plane which was bound for Italy at the last minute.

  • Jordan was fun here

    Afterwards she was a bitch
  • Funniest line in JAG history!

Admiral Chegwidden rebukes Lieutenant Roberts for playing Alvin and the Chipmunks Christmas music on the PA system.

He delivers what has to be the funniest line in JAG history.

"Lieutenant, this building is the JAG headquarters for the United States Navy. We don't allow chipmunks, squirrels, gophers, any other type of singing vermin in JAG. Understood?"

    I nearly bust a gut!

In fact, the whole episode was hilarious. The writers really outdid themselves on this one!moreless
  • Lots of laughs!!

This is a really funny episode! I loved it from beginning to end! There was really nothing to not enjoy! From Bud and Harriet as Santa and a elf (enough said there), To Mac being a "mom" (probably not enough said there but youll have to wait til you see the episode to get to understand it! lol! There were its cute kinda sad moments but otherwise this episode is full of laughs from the start of it to the ending of it! You will enjoy this whole episode, there is no way you could not enjoy it! That would be impossible! And WRONG! lolmoreless
  • During a holiday snowstorm, Bud plays Santa, Harm meets a pretty shrink, and Mac hopes to reunite a little girl with her long- lost father. A kid coming in claiming to be Sarah's daughter was a definite surprise.moreless

This is a adorable story! I had a smile on my face through out the entire episode. You can not help but love the show. I think the little girl, Chloe was the one that made the story turn out perfect.

I liked so many scenes from Harm and Commander Parker; to when the Admiral walked in on Harriet and Bud getting dressed up in their Christmas outfits; going on to when Chloe got to talk with her dad, Chief Anderson. And last but not least, the one that blew them all away was when everyone is climbing into the elevator and it looks like they all forgot about the Admiral and he starts back to his office- depressed, then Bud runs from the elevator shouting to the Admiral that he gets his Christmas wish- he is going to Italy and a smile grows on the Admiral's face!!

If you have not seen this episode, you must it does not matter that we are past the Christmas season, watch it anyway!! That's an order! Hehehemoreless
  • It\'s christmas and the admiral has left Harm in charge for the holidays as he will atempt to spend Christmas in Italy. Meanwhile Mac\'s littlesister Chloe shows up unexpected and claims she was abuised. Harm\'s trying to help a woman accused of drunkdrivmoreless

I loved this episode. We saw true Harm and Mac moments during their talk about how to spend the holidays. I loved when Chloe showed up with her freshminded spirit and her good mude. She made me laugh a lot. I also loved Admiral Chegwidden\'s humor and the fact that he played with the robot eventhough he pretended not to like it. That part really made me laugh. I smiled when the Admiral talked to Mac about feelings, that was really cute.

Bud and Harriet are cute as always and I thought this was and excelent way for them to try how it was to have a child.

The end made me sheed a tear, I really had this warm feeling inside of me when Chloe talked to her dad for the first time. I loved that scene.. Great episode, a heart warming one. Thumbs up from here!moreless

    • (after Admiral Chegwidden finds Chloe in his office)
Admiral Chegwidden: Could someone tell me why there's a chocolate-covered elf in my office?
      (Mac walks in)
Mac: Chloe, what are you doing here?
      Chloe: Jerry Springer's comin' on.
Mac: This is not your office. You have no business being in here. I am sorry, Admiral.
Chloe: Oh. So you're the sexy Admiral. I thought you'd have more hair.
      Admiral Chegwidden: Excuse me?
Mac: Okay. Time to go. I can explain, sir.
Chloe: I've heard so much about you. Why don't you ever ask Mac out?
      Mac: (laughs awkwardly) Kids.

    • Mac: This is...
Chloe: Commander Rabb. Mac's told me all about you. In fact, you're all she ever talks about.
      Harm: Really?
Chloe: Yeah. Although, sometimes it's hard to tell what parts are true and what parts are just, oh, you know, her fantasies.
Mac: Chloe. What have I told you about lying?
Chloe: You said that a woman never lies, unless it's about her age, her weight or her best friend's husband.
Harm: Well, you're quite a role model, Major.
Mac: I never told her that. (to Chloe) I never told you that.
Chloe: Maybe not in those words.

    • Bud: (to Mac) Major. There's a little girl here. She claims she's your daughter.
Harm: Wow. And I thought gettin' a pony for Christmas was a lot to ask for.

    • (The Admiral is depressed as he walks back to his office, Bud runs out of the elevator)
Bud: Admiral! I almost forgot! I got you a flight to Italy, sir.
(Chegwidden gets a smile on his face)

    • Harm: (talking to Mac) You're a lean, mean, fightin' Marine.

    • Admiral Chegwidden: (to Bud) Lieutenant, this building is the JAG headquarters for the United States Navy. We don't allow chipmunks, squirrels, gophers, any other type of singing vermin in JAG.
