      • McCabe: Are you telling me that a half million dollars is gone?
Derek: Sir, he didn't exactly say gone, did you?
Jake: JL, look at it as proof that he's crooked.
        McCabe: Proof? Proof!
        Jake: Yes.
McCabe: You offered the man money, you claimed to have embezzled and he takes it. The only thing that's proof of is my stupidity in trusting you with a half m..mil.. I can't even bring myself to say the words.

      • McCabe: You want what?
Jake: A half of a million dollars, five hundred thousand...
McCabe: (Shouting) I heard that. I just can't beleive it. Have you lost your mind?
Jake: No. I haven't lost my mind!
Derek: Mr. McCabe, sir, shouting is bad for a .....
McCabe: (interrupting and shouting) I'm not shouting, this is a easonable discussion. Or it would be if you weren't making unreasonable requests.
Jake: Look, I need a half million dollars if I'm going to get Glen to let me in on hte plan. It's as simple as that.

      • Connie: If you were a gentleman, you'd hand me my robe.
Jake: Well, if you were a lady, you wouldn't have called me over here with no clothes on. (Jake walks away)

      • McCabe: You know, Jake, I'm no softy, but if anything happens (begins choking up) it will break my heart.
Jake: Stop it. Stop it right now. Don't try and make me feel guilty, because it's not going to work.
        McCabe: Jake...

      • Jake: JL, I haven't had a vacation in three years and this is the only weekend my friend's house is free.
McCabe: Well, I'll send Derek in, he's dying to go undercover, anyways.
Jake: Oh, perfect! He'll fool everybody.
