With the future of the school play in jeopardy, Jane pulls an unselfish move and hands over her hard earned bonus check from Donovan Decker so the show can continue. In the aftermath of her decision, Jane feels that she may have given up more than just money for the play.

Jane heads to London to try and convince Jeremy to return to work and help Donovan Decker out with closing the Harrods deal. Billy does his best to reconcile his differences with Zoe.

Everyone deserves a second chance. Billy is having a hard time with Zoe and Nick's roles in the play. Should Kate give marriage a second chance or will her commitment issues ruin it once again? Jane finally gets a second chance with Eli on a real date.

Billy is caught off guard when Zoe invites him to meet her parents but he is hesitant to take that big step. Kate, on the other hand, decides to help Gray take the next step with her love life by setting up an online dating profile for her.

It's Jane's big day, her birthday, but everyone seems to have forgotten, or so she thinks. Unbeknownst to her, Ben and Billy have grand plans to surprise Jane with a surprise birthday party. But their party plans start to unravel as Jane's hurt feelings and a work situation get in the way. In the end, it isn't a birthday party that gives Jane the surprise of her life. Meanwhile, India puts the pressure on Jeremy to get information on Gray.

Jane is scrambling to get a handle on both her personal and professional life. With Billy returning from juvie, Jane is nervous about how things were left and what that means now for the two best friends. But, she doesn't have too much time to think about it because with India now gone from Donovan Decker, Gray is leaning on Jane more than ever. Meanwhile, Ben tries his best to keep Jane's secret safe even though it is affecting his new relationship with Rita.

Gray assigns Jane the task of flying to Paris to obtain the Donovan Decker Lookbook. Jane is excited until things go awry and she's forced to enlist the help of India and Lulu. Meanwhile, Billy's criminal brother, Tommy, wants his help for a new scheme.

Jane is feeling confident in her position and Gray rewards her for her hard work. India is on a mission to prove to everyone that Jane is incompetent. Meanwhile, Jane and Lulu finds themselves in competition at school.

Two important events on one night leaves Jane in a compromising position. Gray is counting on her to organize the Spring Preview Party but her crush asked her to the Winter Formal on the same night.
