  • The zoo scene is excellent!

This episode was surprising! never seen anything like the scene at the zoo. brilliant camera work. Hyde, as usual, his arrogant sarcastic self. but actually this is where dr. jackman starts to have a little control and wills Hyde in when his son is in danger. ive never seen james nesbitt play a character like this. he has done a brillian job. he will definately climb a few wrungs up the ladder of successful british actors. the character Hyde is the show. u just sit waiting for him to come out. whats he gonna do next? whats he gonna say?moreless
  • Hyde and Jackman aredrugged and manage to communicate internally. Jackman's family is threatened.

What a fantastic episode, especially the Hyde scenes in the zoo. Fun to watch, cleverly written and plotted and occasionally scary. At the moment, Hyde steals the show, though it seems Jackman can be just as ruthles's; he may not have liked 'releasing' Hyde to take care of the guy who put his son in the lion's den, but he did it anyway.

The ending was interesting too. Is she really his mother 'or the closest thing'? How did she manage to disappear ??

So many questions but I'm sure the writers will deliver satisfying answers. To some of them at least...moreless
  • Hyde has now become a main charchter, and its getting better each week

Why I loved this episode better than last week was because mainly it wasn't as confusing, and many of scenes invovled Hyde, which meant it became very scary and very funny. Set 6 weeks after the first episode Hyde and Jekyll now have a routine, they have decided on times when he becomes Hyde, and they are now treated as two individual people, and everything seems fine until.. when his assitant starts to trust Hyde, everything starts to get scary. The agency who is after start to get serious, which leads to a frightening scene at the zoo. Hyde starts to take control, and his family become in danger. This episode was funny and frighting and brillent , I loved it, A lot more Hyde in it probebly made it so good. Look forward to next weekmoreless

  • TRIVIA (0)

  • QUOTES (13)

    • Hyde: Lookee here, Katherine. Everything you need for the perfect night in. A beautiful woman, a locked door, and soundproofing.

    • Benjamin: We are going to contain and control.
Ms Utterson: And if you can't?
Benjamin: My neck on the line. My personal neck. Love my neck, never going to let anything happen to this neck. Contain and control. Listen to the neck.

    • Tom: What's wrong?
Katherine: Sorry. Jumpy today, it's nothing.
      Tom: Time of the month?
Katherine: Bit rich, coming from the wolfman.

    • Benjamin: I take total responsibility for any mistakes today which means I fire everybody!

    • Benjamin: Kid seems a little freaked.
Hyde: Yeah. What can you do? Somebody tried to feed him to a lion.

    • Benjamin: That's amazing. What you can do. All of it. Amazing. Look at you. The most powerful creature on the planet, that's what I'm looking at. Fastest, smartest, the best. And you're British, so it's even funny.

    • Christopher: Can't be serious.
Benjamin: He just sent a note with a dead lion. How much more fucking serious can you get?

    • Hyde: (to Jackman) I love children, me. Snack-size people always leave you wanting more.

    • Hyde: As long as the lights and cameras are on, you're safe. Lights out—you're dinner. What do you think?
Katherine: I think you must have quite an appetite.
      Hyde: Tee-hee-hee.

    • (Peter throws away his sandwich.)
      Tom: What's wrong with it?
Peter: The meat wasn't fresh. There's really no excuse for that in the zoo, is there?

    • Tom: So, since when have you been an animal lover?
      Peter: I hunt every summer.
Tom: That's not exactly loving them, is it? That's more shooting them.
Peter: Well, it's a brief relationship.

    • Katherine: Have you been drinking? Don't tell me you took the car.
Tom: He drank. He took the car. Why am I getting the look?
      Katherine: How was your driving?
      Tom: Expressive.

    • Hyde: Ever killed anyone, Benjamin?
Benjamin: Not personally. I have people.
Hyde: You're missing out. It's like sex, only there's a winner.

  • NOTES (2)

    • Hyde: (To Katherine) Welcome to the company, Mary Poppins.

A reference to the Mary Poppins book series by P. L. Travers about the magical nanny of the same name. Hyde obviously sees Katherine as his magical nanny.
