Markus: So, how much time do I have before the so-called appointed day?
Smith: End of the week. Sunday.
Markus: I want Meagan back. Alive, whole, uninfected. If it was good enough for Lazarus, it's good enough for her.

Kurdy: I look at these guys I'm training, and I know they're gonna face some hard times. Because when the old world died, they left all these guns and weapons just lying around. So, if I had one miracle, it'd be for every gun, every nuke, every rocket, every grenade, just every weapon in the world to disappear. Level the playing field.
Smith: Knives, too?
Kurdy: No. Knives we need. We all gotta eat, right?

Jeremiah: (to Smith) Okay. Here it is. You want to know what I want? I want to see God. I want to see him, face to face. Him, Her, It, whatever. Just to look Him right in the eye and ask him, "Why'd you screw things up?" And then I'd tell him, face to face, he's a thug, monster, hypocrite. He's a killer. And I'll spit right in His eye.

Mister Smith: And I say, as long as I have one good hand, my love life's intact.

Kurdy: If you think that, you're even crazier than... Markus: Smith, hi, we were...just talking about you.

Mister Smith: You get to ask for a miracle, Jeremiah. That doesn't happen everyday. All you have to do is show up at the appointed hour, at the appointed place and it'll happen. Jeremiah: Just like that? Mister Smith: Just like that. What could it hurt. Just in case I'm not as crazy as I just sounded.
