Weekly Announcements for the Jericho Fandom
    Jericho Electronic Broadcast System (JEBS)
    February 16, 2011

    Message from Dan Shotz

"The day we have waited for has finally come... IDW is releasing all new issues of Jericho Season 3: Civil War TODAY beginning with Issue 4 which reveals the truth behind John Smith and the September attacks. It is a must read. Also, IDW and CBS shipped out copies to all pre-existing subscribers yesterday. So look out for your copies in the mail. For those who haven't purchased the new issues yet, go to ( or to your nearest comic book retailer. Thanks for the never-ending support and enjoy the latest issue."

    Operation Phoenix/Comic Book Update

    February 15, 2011

    Hello Fellow Rangers

Jericho Lives Again! The Jericho Redux is now available at you local comic store or online at IDW comics. Issue # 4 is due out on Wednesday February 16,2011.

IDW has direct link to buy the comic

Jericho is continuing. Dan Shotz was able to get the comic moved from Devils Due Publishing a very small comic publisher to IDW Comics one of the largest comic publishers. IDW is entrusted with multiple media franchises such as Star Trek, True Blood, Transformers all of these franchises involve movies/television as well as the comic and graphic novels.

The effort to ensure the continuation of the Jericho story is one of perseverance and determination by its fans. This show is as unique as all of its fans. We need to get the word out to the millions of Jericho Fans to get them to buy the comic and sell it out to ensure the Jericho story will continue.

The comic is being overseen by CBS Consumer Products and Dan Shotz from Junction. CBS is a multi-billion dollar media company that would not be wasting its time producing a comic book as the end of the creative line. There is a business motive for this. All that we have done sine 2007 has paved the way for this.

The fact that CBS chose to pick up the comic after a 10 month delay means something. Why is Jericho continuing as a comic controlled by CBS when properties like Moonlight failed to continue? Someone has seen the numbers including the various ways in which Jericho was watched over the past 5 years and they have decided to give it another look. The sale of the comic is a litmus test. Jumping from DDP to IDW is like going from AA to the Majors.

We need people to get to their local comic stores, leave flyers, go to chat rooms, community bulletin boards and just leave a simple note with a link to the IDW Jericho page and the local comic store finder.

Jericho Donations Needed for Servicemen in Iraq

    Fellow Rangers,

My name is SGT Christian Brunetti. I am currently deployed to Iraq for the next 6 months to a year. I was wondering if there are any fellow Jericho fans who would be willing to donate copies of the comics and/or two seasons of Jericho to help us pass the time and spread the word about the series. If any one if willing to help, please let me know and I will send my APO address. Continue to fight the good fight and I appreciate all you do to try and keep the spirit of Jericho alive.
