Joe's Apartment is a short film from MTV that ran in between commercial breaks during the 90s. The comedy was written and directed by John Payson and stars Mark Rosenthal as Joe, an unemployed loser living in apartment full of mischievous singing cockroaches. Payson uses stop-motion animation to film his cockroaches giving Joe a hard time in each episode. The insects sing ballads from well-known 1930 Broadway musicals while they search for ways to bother their human tenant each day.moreless
