  • come on joey, i can't beleve u turn her down

i am kinda of getting bored with his permant girlfriend story-line, at the begaining it was cute but now it's just annoying, i'm glad he got one but i was kinda of hoping he ruin it when Carmon Electra came on his show and wanted to sleep with him. Just to add comedy another blonde women wants to join them , come on how likely is it that 2 women would want to share him?, seriously i know it's a comedy but i still don't see the big deal with Joey, he's a nice guy but apart from that i don't see much to him.

so it's finally over for Alex with her marriage, got to see what happends next week , Gina drinking that much as still being able to be sober, most women would get really tipsy, sometimes i really think the comedy is really stupid, i would loved to see Gina drunk but no the writer didn't think about that. i'm sure someone will tell me Gina has been drinking for number of years so her body has develope a ammunity to the alchol, fine but think about what message it telling young girls 'it alright to drink a whole bottle of wine'. sorry got a bit side-tracked.

We know their just few more episoide until the first season over so i really hope the season-finale is worth it.

  • What would Joey do If he were between commitment and having a good time with Carmen Electra?

This episode is not just a filler, as it shows us a development in Joey's relationship with Sara, it lets the viewers know that Joey can have feelings for a woman apart from wanting to go to a bed with her. But even with those feelings he has lots of difficulties to stay in the celibacy side, as the one who wants to prevent him from doing that is Carmen Electra.

Deep Powder is shown again, what is it, a monthly soap opera? I know that they are not supposed to be showing every time he has to be in the set. And what happened with Lucy Liu, one episode he was with her, and in the next, she had disappeared.

The Bobbie - Michael relationship is shown again as something recurring in this season. Alex discuss with her husband as Joey tells her what he saw, causing a big fight between her and her husband.

Summarizing, not a great episode, but not a filler, it shows a growth in Joey as anybody would expect happen.

I am very sorry for my language but I have ESL.

Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

  • TRIVIA (3)

    • Joey tells Carmen that he still uses her 1998 Baywatch calendar and that he has missed Christmas for the last four years in a row. In Joey and the Plot Twist they celebrated Christmas and Joey was absolutely aware and excited.

    • Nitpick: Joey says at the beginning of the episode that he has dated women from all over the world except for Iceland, and is pleased to discover in the end that Sara is part Icelandic. But when he takes a map right after this discovery with red pins for each country from which he's ever dated a woman, we can see that Iceland already has a red pin.

    • Goof: Near the middle of the episode, while Joey, Alex and Gina are in Joey's apartment discussing Alex's issue, we see Alex sitting with a yellow shirt with a folded sleeve, when the camera position changes the sleeve is not folded, then on the third view when Alex is standing up the sleeve is again folded.

  • QUOTES (7)

    • Gina: So, did you talk to Eric?
Joey: Yeah, he's going to tell Alex but he wants to wait until the right time.
Gina: Well, he better be nice to Shirley.
      (Joey looks questioningly at Gina)
Gina: Oh, I think of her as Shirley and me Laverne.

    • Michael: What are you doing?
Joey: Well, this whole thing with Alex and Eric has got me thinking, you know, things are going so great with me and Sara that I don't want to mess up and sleep with someone else. So you know what I'm going to do?
      Michael: Become a different person?
Joey: No, no. I'm calling all the girls I used to go out with and letting them know that I am know unavailable. All right, let's see who's next.

    • Gina: Oh good, you're up. You can settle this. Which one of us is the bigger pain in the ass?
Joey: Gina, I don't have time for this. I have a big problem.
      Gina: Just pick one!
Joey: Fine. Gina, you are the bigger pain in the ass.
      Gina: (to Michael) Told ya.

    • Joey: Oh, Michael, Michael, you regular people are so naïve. I have been in seventy-five love scenes in my career. Now do you know how many times that's led to actual sex?
      Michael: Seventy-five?
      Joey: Two hundred and forty-four!

    • Joey: (about Eric) Oh yeah, he's pretty scared of me. He thinks we're in the mafia.
      Michael: Just because we're Italian?
Joey: No, because Gina told him we were.
