Cass drives a Black 1961 Porsche 356 Speedster Convertible, the same car that Luke Perry drove in Beverly Hills 90210.
In the episode 'His Visit: Day One' while at the motel John says: "Room 24 shall give up its dead, and the dead shall be forgiven" And in 'His Visit: Day Two' Barry decides to enter room 24 and he claims he saw a ghost. John may have been giving Barry a cryptic warning about this room, but Barry may not have realised what John said.
Bill says 'Jesus, Mary and Joseph' when his bird Zippy brings Shaun back to life in the hospital, exactly the same thing he said in 'His Visit: Day One' when it seems Shaun brings Zippy back to life.

(Butchie receives a phone call from Mitch informing him of Shaun's accident) Butchie: Yeah? Mitch: You piece of shit! What's up with your phone? Butchie: The battery died. Mitch: Yeah, what a shock. Butchie: Is that what you called to talk to me about, my fucking phone?! Mitch: Shaunie broke his neck at Huntington. Butchie: Is he gonna be alright? Mitch: He broke his neck!
Butchie: (To Bill, regarding Shaun) You've always been more father to him than I was.
Butchie: Leads me to believe you're not from around here. John: I'm not from around here, Butchie! Butchie: Oh yeah, no? Or any other metropolis for that matter. I'm kinda feeling a small town. Not a farm town, but a small town. I'm feeling, I don't know, I'm feeling a little Cincinnati. John: I am from Cincinnati! Butchie: Get the fuck out!
(In the hospital) John: I just a took a dump a grown man would be proud of. Kai: At a boy.
