    • TRIVIA (7)

      • In the Mall seen during Johnny B.Badd you can see Mona Herschbaum, Julie's mom (from the episode Johnny O and Juliet) in the crowd of people.

      • In the Romanian dub of the episode Air Bravo, the character of Enormous Ferguson was re-named "Uriasul Muresan" and his team, the Pogatuck Ferrets was called "Farul"; both these changes were made to make him similar to the Romanian basketball player Gheorghe "Ghita" Muresan. (See "Allusions" for more).

      • The black girl on whom both Johnny and Carl have a crush on during Candidate Johnny has previously appeared on the show in the episode Witless. Here we also find out her name, Melinda.

      • During Candidate Johnny, we learn that Carl took a rubber ducky to his high school prom.

      • According to what Carl says during the episode Candidate Johnny, a walnut and a glass of water can create the same energy that powers the Sun.

      • During Air Bravo, we can see that both Johnny and Enormous seem to have rather short attention spans; while Suzy is talking each one of them is imagining something else. We see that Johnny is imagining a pair of wind-up chomping teeth, and Enormous is thinking about a mechanical monkey.

      • Air Bravo is the first basketball-themed episode of Johnny Bravo.

    • QUOTES (5)

      • Moderator: Mr. Chryniszzswics, Would You explain Your policies on Trash Separation?
Carl: Gladly. ahem. Trash Separation is Our Bridge to a glorious more enriching future...
        Johnny: Carl has Six Wives!
        Carl: What?! That's not True!
Moderator: Mr. Bravo, Please wait Your turn.
Carl: Thank You, Mr. Moderator. the time when Man first lumped His Trash into homogenous piles is--
Johnny: Carl is a Convicted Diamond Smuggler!
Carl: THATS A LIE! those charges are scandalous, Libelous, and Totally Untrue.
        Moderator: Mr. Bravo, Please!

      • Johnny: It's lonely at the top.

      • Johnny: I'm open! I'm open! (Peanut vendor throws a bag of peanuts to him and Johnny catches it)

      • Johnny: You've come to congratulate me?
Melinda: No. We've come to ask you who the heck is going to clean up the garbage left by your stupid parade!

      • Johnny: So Pops, how am I in the polls?
Pops: Well, Johnny there's good news and bad news.
        Johnny: What's the bad news?
Pops: You're doing horrible in the polls.
        Johnny: What's the good news?
Pops: I have the metabolism of an eight year-old girl!

    • ALLUSIONS (5)

      • Enormous Ferguson:

In the Romanian dub of the episode Air Bravo, the character of Enormous Ferguson was re-named "Uriasul Muresan" (translated as "Muresan the Giant"), and his team, the Pogatuck Ferrets was called "Farul" (translated as "The Lighthouse"); both these changes were made to make him similar to the Romanian basketball player Gheorghe "Ghita" Muresan (born in 1971), now retired. At 7 ft 7 in (2.31 m), he is tied with Sudanese player Manute Bol as the tallest man to ever play in the NBA.

However, he never played for a basketball team called "Farul".

      • Candidate Johnny - Being forced to clean up all the confetti from the parade given in your honor:

This same plot twist was used in a Pink Panther animated short, Pink of the Litter, from 1967.

      • In the episode Air Bravo, the whistling music that plays while Johnny plays basketball, is supposed to be a parody of the music used by the exhibition basketball team, the Harlem Globetrotters.

      • In the episode Air Bravo, the character of Enormous Ferguson is a parody of real-life American professional basketball player, Michael Jordan.

      • Funky Monkey: Song

The song Suzie wrote, Funky Monkey, seems smiliar to Ogee's perception of Magilla in the Hanna-Barbera classic The Magilla Gorilla Show, which aired between 1964 and 1967.
