The episode Some Like It Stupid is a parody of the famous 1959 Marilyn Monroe movie Some Like It Hot, directed by Billy Wilder. Another interesting note is that the girl Johnny falls for is called Norma, which was Marilyn Monroe's birth name. In this episode, Norma acts just as ditzy as Monroe did in real life.
