  • Season 3 Episode 18: A Johnny Bravo Christmas

  • While Suzy is talking to the animals in the plane's cargo hatch, we can see Johnny playing with some circus props in the background.
The combo seen here (riding a unicycle while joggling stuff and playing the harmonica) is the same one he used in the episode Under the Big Flop from Season One, when he joined the circus.

  • This is the second Johnny Bravo Christmas episode. This is also the second Johnny Bravo half-hour long episode.

  • When Johnny was talking about how the last time he was in the cargo hatch of a plane he was bound and gagged and forced to join the French Foreign Legion he was referring to events that happened in the episode Over the Hump, back in the first season.

  • Although Santa punches Johnny as soon as he sees him, he also mentions that he doesn't remember the incident from "last year" when Johnny accidentally beat him up thinking he was a burglar. Santa only punched Johnny because he thought he deserved it.

  • Season 3 Episode 17: The Hansel and Gretel Wit...

  • Among the people forming the angry mob that attacks Johnny towards the end of the episode I.Q. Johnny, you can see Squint Ringo, the Amish farmer previously seen in the episode Witless, and the lady Johnny tried hitting on at the beginning of the episode Charm School Johnny.

  • During the restaurant scene at the end of the episode Get Stinky, sitting at the tables in the background, you can see other characters who have appeared in various episodes of Johnny Bravo. The easiest ones to spot are Melinda, the black girl introduced back in the episode Witless, who has also had cameo appearances in a lot of previous episodes, and a gray-haired version of Alfred Leechy, the professor introduced in the episode Johnny on Ice.

  • The restaurant Johnny and Stinky go to at the end of the episode Get Stinky is called "Chez Shi Shi".

  • In The Hansel and Gretel Witch Project we learn that Johnny can play the works of John Philip Sousa on his nostrils.

John Philip Sousa (November 6, 1854 – March 6, 1932) was an American composer and conductor of the late Romantic era, known particularly for American military and patriotic marches.

  • In The Hansel and Gretel Witch Project we learn that Johnny can play music with his nose.

  • Season 3 Episode 16: The Island Of Mrs. Morcea...

  • In The Color of Mustard, during Johnny's final badminton match, you can hear the announcer say, "Bravo now serving Tungblad". This is a reference to Kirk Tingblad, the director of several Johnny Bravo episodes (including this one). A caricature of Tingblad can also be briefly seen as Johnny's opponent.

  • Season 3 Episode 14: Lord of the Links / Chain...

  • The movie Johnny and Carl were thrown out of at the beginning of the episode Chain Gang Johnny was called "Hoevenna Skol", and according to Johnny it was a "boring 7 hour black and white documentary on moody Danish people".

  • At the beginning of Lumberjack Johnny, Johnny mentions he has spent all day sitting on his butt watching the Cartoon Network. Cartoon Network is of course the TV station that originally aired the Johnny Bravo series. Johnny Bravo was their second original series created.

  • Season 3 Episode 13: Lodge Brother Johnny / Bo...

  • The episode Bootman was aired on September 11, 2001. Cartoon Network's censors should not have aired it, in light of what happened in real life in New York. This was classified by Jay Leno as "unsuitable comedy".

  • Season 3 Episode 11: A Walk on the Stupid Side...

  • The European version of Cartoon Network's sister TV channel Boomerang used bumpers featuring Johnny dressed in the same costume as the one seen in Lone Star Bravo (the white vest over his black T-shirt, white gloves and hat, and his red ascot), as part of their winter western themed block, "The Good, the Bad and the Down Right Silly" (in which Johnny is "the good", Dick Dastardly is "the bad" and Daffy Duck is "the down right silly) between December 14th 2009 and January 3rd 2010.

  • The flashback sequences seen during Lone Star Bravo take place in a small town called Moist Rock, except the short scene with Salad Fork Dan in Chicago.

  • In Lone Star Bravo, Bunny picks Addition 12 volume 846 of her photo albums to show Johnny.

  • The events seen outside of flashbacks during the episode Lone Star Bravo take place on a Thursday. We also learn that Thursday night is Johnny and Bunny's time.

  • At the start of the episode Lone Star Bravo, Johnny can be seen playing a game in which two Irish Leprechauns are fighting.

  • Season 3 Episode 10: I Dream of Johnny / One A...

  • In I Dream of Johnny, the Arab salesman that sells Johnny the toaster with a genie inside originally asked for 20 rizzutos (and Johnny will end up paying 100). A rizzuto is not the correct currency in Saudi Arabia (the riyal is). The term "rizzuto" might be a reference to the Rizzuto crime family, the leading Mafia organization in Canada.

  • In One Angry Bravo, Johnny shows his fellow juries some "sexy" drawings he made of the culprit. His drawing skills don't seem to have gotten too much better since the episode The Unsinkable Johnny Bravo where he tried drawing a portrait of Sheila (the girl he had a crush on in that episode) and it ended up looking only like a stick figure, much as the drawings he made this time.
