i think there might be a season 3 but it will most likely premier in the spring after their new series Shake It up runs its initial episodes

At this point who knows, The show has been struggling since its premiere and the season 2 revamp wasn't much help. Since season 2 started Disney Channel has stopped airing season 1 episodes and for Disney Channel to cancel the show after that they clearly stated the last new episode was the "season finale" not the "series finale" would definitely be false advertising on their part.

But hey, Disney has history of quietly canceling shows, examples: "Phil of the Future", "Cory in the House" and most recently "Aaron Stone".

Yep, It's done, Can't say I'm surprised. From this point on it looks like Disney Channel is only going to produce comedies with a laughing track and or taped in front of a live studio audience. ''Jonas'' clearly wasn't one of those shows and the other Disney Channel shows followed that format.
