Judge Alex

Show Summary

JUDGE ALEX is a nationally syndicated, court show premiering September 12, 2005. A former police officer, trial attorney and criminal court judge, it’s no surprise that Judge Alex Ferrer has seen it all! With his eye sharply focused on uncovering the truth, JUDGE ALEX will preside over this emotional, daily, half-hour, court room drama with rulings that convey law and order. From consumer complaints, landlord disputes and co-worker conflicts, to confrontations between family and friends, JUDGE ALEX will provide his litigants with fair, firm and fast justice. With more than 20 years of experience, Judge Alex Ferrer is respected by his peers, extremely knowledgeable of the law, and well-equipped to handle highly charged cases in a fair and insightful manner. JUDGE ALEX will take control of his court room by delivering a straight forward, decisive and tough brand of justice. And, in accordance with the likes of Judge Judy and Judge Mablean, JUDGE ALEX will take advantage of the humor found in his cases. From patrolling the streets, to controlling the courtroom, JUDGE ALEX is bringing his real-life brand of law and order to television.moreless

  • Tied together

    7.0
Just saw you on your show tell a young couple that they are "tied together until their child is 18' you are so wrong, I have 2 off spring with my first husband and after 28 years I am STILL tied to him, because of those kids, 18 is not the cut off!!
  • TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR COURT ROOM JUSGE ALEX!!!

    4.5
I like Judge Alex~ the problem with me when I watch it is that he does NOT take control of his court room. Everyone tries to over talk the other one~ more like watching one of those shows where people are calling each other awful names and everyone is hollering at the other ones. He needs to insist that only one person talks at a time~ very annoying with the litigants interrupting each other and both talk over the judge. TAKE CHARGE JUDGE ALEX~~~moreless
  • Whats Up yr Honor

    9.0
Today the fence problem. The owner of the fence and the neibor both got insurance money. The verdict was incorrect. The neibor shud hav paid a least the insurance money. Why did the Judge forget to bring that up?
  • JUDGE ALEX IS THE BEST SHOW, HE NEEDS MORE THAN HALF HOUR SHOW

    9.5
I have read the ratings they must be high on something; all those other judge shows come in knowing who they are going to rule for never giving the defendant a chance to defend themselves. They are Judge Judy, Judge Joe Brown, Judge Mathis they all talk and do not listen, but Judge Alex is fair and he listens first before giving his judgement. People that do not agree with what I am saying must have gone through a bad judgement call on their behalf.....Please put Judge Alex on more than 1/2 hour he qualifies for it. I won't make any appointments between 1:30 p.m - 2:00 p.m.moreless
  • Jackson vs. Merritt (Trailer move case)

    1.0
While I agree that the defendant should have had documentation of all conversations and or transaction Judge Alex's comment in his ruling was completely false. Judge Alex stated that the defendant could not counter sue for the remainder of the contract for a trailer he did not move. The fact is that the CONTRACT works both ways. If the plaintive did failed to provide all required information and or documentation required to complete the move it is of no fault of the defendant. That means that the plaintive in this case committed breach of contract. Contract law dictates that the plaintive in this case is liable for the total sum of the contract plus damages and or expenses.moreless
