Judge Joe Brown: He is NO defender of womanhood like he claims.

Judge Joe Brown claims to be a defender of women, after watching his show for about 6 months now, I think women would be better served taking their case to a different court show. Not only is he not a defender of women, he belittles most of them on a regular bases. If they should have a 'shaky' past then they are fair game for his "moral judgement", berating them and at times even laughing at them. Ladies stay away from this court show.

I 100% agree with you Dove Crys. Joe Brown is the biggest sexist I know. I would like to know how all of the women feel that work around him, including his audience. How can you stomach, and even worse, how can you nod or clap in agreement with his belittling comments toward women. I would rather be a strong independent woman than a woman which work with or for him. For a woman to tolerate him is no better than prostitution or stripping or any other demeaning/ degrading job for women. Joe Brown you suck big time. You are no better than a pimp, having all these women dependant on a check from your show agreeing with your degradation. I cant wait for men like you to become extinct.

You can also add deaf people to that list as well. I just watched him basically rip into a deaf man. Clown read the police report and said that the deaf man "spoke" to the police officers and the guy admitted that he tried, but it was unclear...and it is hard for deaf people to speak out loud. This judge jerk should not even be on the bench!!!! He is making himself out to be a racist and discriminatory as well.

yeah, i did used to like him alot, but what i didn't like was when the case where the two girls were fighting and JJB made it seem as though the one who came in(who was suing for medical bills if i'm not mistaken) was so defendless and was getting stomped by the other party(the one who was being sued) the tape that was shown had it where THEY BOTH WERE FIGHTING and he kept referring to the plantiff as " Girl-illas" i was like "wow, its like that now" Sad.

For the record I'm a blackman from LA, Ca. And I agree whole heartedly with all the previous comments except I don't believe that the so-called judge joey isn't a racist but just a fully matured **** hole... I used to make the same conclusion about a-hole whitemen only to find that their just A-HOLES...

Since the car accident, in Oct. 06, that left me disabled, I've watched Judge Joe Brown, just about everyday(excluding re-runs), for a few years now, it was nothing special. It'd appeared as though there were more black people on, which I like. I now, however, have come to the conclusion that he is somewhat sexist - against women. At least, when it comes to being faithful/loyal/honest in relationships. There's been at least two prior, but today's show - 8.4.09 - the girl said her guy was cheating and Judge Joe Brown brushed it off saying something along the lines of 'the guys in school for engineering, he has no kids, hes good looking, etc. - that the guy's in demand'. Maybe a week ago, a guy said his girl was cheating and Judge Joe Brown tore in on that girl, angrily asking her 'why did you do that, why would you do that'...finishing up saying something like 'its usually the other way around, where the girls complaining her guy is stepping out. Act right...', or something along those lines.

I find him to be extremely chauvinisitic when it comes to infidelity.

To all you mofo's who got negetivity to say about judge Brown it must be true or you would not get so angry about it, or is it because he's a highly educated black man! If all you idiots have a problem stop watching his show! proving that he's got a lot of work to do especially with you idiots! who can't take him telling you the truth about your pitiful lives.

He is such an %^%$%$#! its not even funny, how does he think that calling a woman a "hussy" in court is acceptable? I just watched a show and he never even let the woman who was defending herself speak, instead he started from the start calling her out of her name and belittling her. And when she defended herself he tacked on more money to the other girl, wtf, someone needs to take him off the air already, he is a disgrace of a man. He doesn't give a crap about any woman if he did he wouldn't be trying to degrade women. Take him off the air already, I wonder if he is the type of man who makes his wife walk behind him or remove his shoes at the end of the day.

wow so your a defender of verbal abuse, good for you!!! You actually accept that it is ok for an "educated" man to use such tactics in a court of law? Its not what he is showing is the ignorance on his part and thinking he himself is above the law. In the state I am in he can be sued for the things that he has called women, and hopefully one day a woman will stand up and do just that to him. but in the meantime, enjoy the verbal abuse this wanna be tv star does.
