This is a great episode. Maxine is too focused on opening Sanctuary House to be kind to the Building Inspector. later she tries to make peace with him, but in the end she realizes that she needs to find some peace in herself. The resolution of this story line is wonderful...he gives her the permit and she gives him the recognition that he desires.

Amy is facing a difficult time in her life. She is a mom with the responsibilites, but she has a body that allows her to have an affair with a young stud. She is facing a decision about her career...how ambitious should she be?

The relationship between Donna and Vincent continues. It is nice to see a platonic friendship develop.moreless
