Sarah feels bad about how she treated Jared at the movies and decides to apologize to him by telling him she like him but only as her best friend. He's shocked and tells her to get off her high horse and he only wanted her to pay attention to him as a friend and not ignore him. He tells her that its not eighth grade anymore and he was over her. Sarah then yells at Teresa and Korky for jumping to conclusions but neither pay attention since they're worried about Michael whose in town. Korky tells Teresa how Cicely told him how he always got drunk and was a bad influence on her and even Teresa is worried for sober Cicely whose getting her life on track. Aaron tells them he went to visit her at the hospital at lunch but she wasn't there and they decide to confront Michael. When they do he tells them that he was helping her find medicine for her grandpa and Cicely tells them to back off because Michael's changed. Billy lands himself in hot water when he tells a bully that he'll do an English paper for him so they'd stop teasing him because of his height at Charlottes suggestion; Gretchen and Anna feel oddly liberated being single yet they still see Carl and Joshua (whose with Chloe). Alex tells them she wants to all of them to be friends but Anna and Gretchen say they can't be with someone like Chloe. Blayke misses Chrissy but finds comfort in Gaby who still is sad over Brody-and the two decide to get over their respective friends because they have numerous more to find and they decide they'll start with each other. Colby decides to not appease Lucy for the first time and she's attracted to it; Kalyopie and Richard go to a pier carnival and get to know each other and she finds out he's loaded so she goes to Beth and Coulier to see how to act around someone to different and Coulier gets offended.moreless
