Kim: Maybe it's not too late... Maybe he won't like her!
Benny: Yeah. Right. She's fun, she's beautiful, she's a natural blonde. What's not to like?
Kim: Who asked you?
Kim: So, I've given it a lot of thought... and I think I'm finally ready.
Benny: You're gonna go blonde!
Kim: No!
Dylan: Where's the old Jermaine Green? God's gift to women! Beachwood's mack daddy!
Jermaine: I love it when you talk ethnic!
Ash: He [Dylan] neglected to mention that 'Lucky' has breasts.
The episode title "The Little Tramp" was also the nickname of actor/director Charlie Chaplin, whose movies Jermaine takes Kim and Mandy to see. He and Kim are seen coming out of the theatre where Chaplin's City Lights (1931) is playing.

Mandy: Remember that movie where that alien just burst into the guy's chest?
We can't be sure what movie Mandy is talking about, but a good guess is director Ridley Scott's 1979 film Alien, starring Sigourney Weaver and Tom Skerritt, among others. In that film, the alien creature that terrorized a group aboard a spaceship actually burst out of the chest of John Hurt's character, but when Mandy says the above quote, she makes a gesture that indicates she means out rather than in. The scene caused a real sensation among moviegoers of the time and it was often imitated after that.
Benny: It'd look nice, a little Beyoncé.
This is a reference to Beyoncé Knowles, an ex-member of the popular singing group Destiny's Child.
Jermaine: I love Chaplin. The man was a genius.
This is a reference to the legendary film comedian and director, Charlie Chaplin (1889-1977). His career began in the days of silent movies.
