Just Shoot Me! Season 5 Episode 18

This episode was part of a special gimmick in which viewers, via voting on NBC's website, were allowed to pick the ending. Here's how it worked. Three different endings were shot. NBC described the endings as follows: 1) "Finch makes a move for Brooke Shields", 2) "Finch gets picked up by Brooke Shields", and 3) "Don't pick this one, it gets weird". Other sources listed the endings as "Finch sleeps with Nina's sister", "Finch gets dumped by Nina's sister",and "things get weird". Votes were tabulated up until the final commercial break, and the one with the highest total number of votes was aired. Insiders who had seen all three endings urged people to vote for #3, and they seemed to listen - it won by a large margin.
