I loved this episode. In my opinion, it was the best possible way to wrap the series up.
I loved how they portrayed Jack Gallo as not wanting to deal with saying goodbye at first. That might make him seem cold-hearted to some, but think about it - who really wants to face that they're saying goodbye to someone or something they care about? I thought this portryal was very realistically done for a guy with a personality like Jack's.
The goodbye speech in Jack's office - man, that was so well-done. It makes me tear up every time I see it. Whoever wrote that scene deserves an award - it was so moving, so touching, and included a perfect blend of laughter, tears and inspiration.
It remains one of my all-time favorites of "Just Shoot Me."
