This episode was definitely a classic!
It was, exciting, sad and funny at the same time!

I loved the way Tom stood up to Ron and asserted his authority!
However, i kinda feel that Ron was being his usual difficult self deliberately to test Tom...to see if he has the guts to oppose him for something he believes in.
I also think Ron wanted to see how far Tom would go for a case he believed in!

Nevertheless, this show was definitely worth watching!moreless

  • This one had its moments and to think it came down to one slip of the tongue by a green DA

Tom could have easily lost this one by wanting it too much. Yet he was right in the final analysis, and to think that one jury member saw the truth or maybe her smile told us that she wanted to help Tom. Which ever way it came out the odd thing was that the case was not won by Tom but lost by a lady DA who just had to make that one statement "IF it was suicide, how was it possible?" The jury decided to ask that question and they found the answer; what that proves is that perhaps lawyers should be more careful about what questions they ask of a jury.moreless

  • Young wife is murdered (or so they think) by husband. They try to prove husband guilty but find it difficult.

Awesome show the actress who played "maria", the wife, made the whole show sink it. Very realistic. I like how they made it seem as if it would have been impossible for her to shoot the gun because she was so short but figure out in the end that it isn't..it was just a matter of some good detective work. This has to be one hundred words so i guess I have to finish in order to continue to tell people about how awesome this show was. Well I'm glad wasn't canceled..just moved to a different date. Can't wait until the next episode.moreless

  • Tom, Alden, and Luther take on a trailor park murder case. Ron does'nt want to help them, because he\'s working on another case. There is tension between Tom and Alden.

I loved this eps. There were a lot of great parts in this eps. I liked all of the seanes with tesion between Alden and Tom. The part i loved was when Tom was waiting for Alden out side of her apartment building and when she came out the first thing he said was you look nice (i think, im not sure, i think that's what he said)

Wow. I was beginning to think it was cancelled. That ep was fantastic. Tom made a great choice when he kept the juror that smiled at him. The ending was great, and the interaction between Tom and Alden was very cleverly written. But, man, can Tom punch quickly. I love how Alden's social life is always getting ruined by Tom and his underdog cases.
Ron, had an interesting way of handling what Tom had done, even though he was killing the case when he was in the courthouse.
Ron, Luther and Betsy certainly had fun manipulating Collins, and they totally got him with the camera trick. Next week will be interesting, seeing a new side of Ron (possibly). I guess we'll just have to wait.
    Bye!
