I just saw the trailer for it and it seems pretty good but the only sad part is I don't think any other heroes will appear in the movie.

    Here's the trailer link - http://www.warnervideo.com/supermandoomsdaydvd/?page=

It looks really good and from the buzz I heard around the Comic Con, it lives up to the hype. I heard nothing but good things. It's scheduled for release on DVD on 9/18/07.

I'm sure it will rock, but I'm more looking forward to Justice League: The New Frontier and Teen Titans: The Judas Contract.

Plus, Stan Berkowitz mentioned an "Elseworlds project" in an interview the other day...

Just saw the commercial on TV. "There comes a time, when even gods must die." I was excited before, but that line thrilled me.

I got it yesterday and I recommend it to everyone. It's an awesome movie that will make you forget you ever heard or seen Superman: Brainiac Attacks.

Yeah, it was pretty good. Lex is off the hook! The only problem I have is all those lines they put on Superman's face; the chin lines and the two cheekbone lines. What the heck?!? Was all that necessary? It makes Supes' face look like the Autobot symbol.

I think some of the JLU and Superman Series purist might not like the slight changes to Superman or Lex. Lois and Jimmy looked nice though Jimmy's little change after Superman's death was odd to me.

Overall a good movie, though with alot of these direct to DVD movies....it could have used another a little more time to tell the story.

I bought it but haven't had the time to watch. Maybe I'll watch it later this week or in the weekend

I agree it makes him look old and wrinkled.

Probably not HBO. I have noticed that DTV's have been known to pop up on the Cartoon Network. That's the place you might want to check.

I liked it, but it's nowhere near as good as Batman: Mask of the Phantasm or Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker IMO. Though that might be down to the fact that their univerese were already established; Superman: Doomsday had no such luxury. That said, considering all it had to acomplish, it did a pretty good job.
