Once again Hippolyta is easily bested in combat. Admittedly, Tsukuri sucker-punched her, but how did she get to be Queen of the Amazons if a mortal could defeat her with such ease?

While it is obvious why an Amazon would like to rid the world of men, why would Star Sapphire and Tsukuri want to kill all men? I mean, do they not realize that men are required to continue populating the Earth? And you might think they'd like to go on a date at some point.

We never do find out why Aresia needed the gems that she stole and crushed into her allegen mixture in Part 1.

It's never stated clearly why the alien-but-male Superman and J'onn J'onzz are vulnerable to the Earth-manufactured allegen. Maybe it has something to do with the stolen gems and the (apparent) magic ritual, but who knows?
