  • I thought that this pilot would definately lead to better things but it wasn't to be....or was it?

A really interesting pilot given that it had to follow Doctor Who, not an easy thing. The story was robust enough, a witch coven in a rural English village. The acting, especially from Elisabeth Sladen is very solid and of course the star of the show, K9, is at his robotic canine best. I have just learned that Sarah-Jane has just got her own series on the BBC Childern's channel here in the UK so I'm looking forward to that and will review it should it appear on this site. Overall I was disappointed that the show went no further but watch this space for developments.moreless
