    Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

    FILTER BY TYPE

    • TRIVIA (3)

      • The photo studio is shown to be just through the door to DenLiner's dining car, yet at the end of the previous episode, only a couple of minutes earlier from the characters perspective, it was the regular corridor.

      • The Alligator manages to fly to the past using the boy without granting him a wish and fulfilling the contract.

      • For some reason, the Hikari Photo Studio now forms part of DenLiner, replacing the interior of one of the cars instead of the train station it replaced in the previous episode. This may be due to the studio's disappearance into a dimensional rift in the previous episode.

    • QUOTES (9)

      • Hana: (to the Taros) You guys need to apologize, right? It's not Decade's fault that time is distorted, yet you attacked Kadoya.
Kintaros: Yes, but people have been saying "Decade will destroy the world".

      • Natsumi: Buildings and people disappearing was due to the past changing? So Imagin are rampaging in the past?
Hana: Some days ago, someone who seems like the Imagin's boss appeared. And he was sending his comrades into the past.
Tsukasa: And those Imagin also have a train that runs through time?
Hana: The Imagin use people to fly to the past. They use people's memories as a path to connect to the past. If the past changes… the present changes. If that adds up, time will distort.
Natsumi: In other words, history will change?
Hana: Actually it's affected one of our comrades.

      • Hana: If only Momo were here…
        Natsumi: Momo?
Hana: His name is Momotaros. He's one of the Imagin on our side. He can find Imagin based on their smell. But right now, because of the time distortion, he's lost his physical form and disappeared.
Natsumi: Is he kind of violent… and likes pudding?
        Hana: You know him!?

      • Tsukasa: (on Momotaros) I know him pretty well. He used my body to transform into Den-O, after all.
Hana: I'm sorry about that! Um, we actually have a guy who's supposed to transform into Den-O, but right now he's investigating the time distortion through a different route.

      • Tsukasa: (on Momotaros) It's true he seems stupid. But I understand the feeling of losing oneself. Like, one wants to return to normal if one can…

      • Daiki: (to Momotaros) I'll be taking Den-O soon. There's no need to regain your physical form. He'll be transformed into my treasure!
        Momotaros: You…
Daiki: Stop being selfish. A mere Imagin being transformed into the ultimate treasure… Isn't that great?
        Momotaros: Mere Imagin!?
Daiki: Yeah, without a physical form, your existence comes into question. A mere Imagin.
Tsukasa: Kaito. He's no mere Imagin. He's… he's… an idiot.

      • Momotaros: (on regaining his physical body) Guess I owe ya. What's your name?
Tsukasa: I'm just a passing-through Kamen Rider. But you don't need to remember me.

      • Ryoutarou: Momotaros and the others disappeared!
Owner: Seems the true cause of the time distortion is something else. We must go on another journey, it seems. A journey through time.

      • Sieg: (appearing in the photo studio in a shower of feathers) Advent! Though I do not know where this place is. Is this place not DenLiner?

Tsukasa: (on Sieg) Natsumi, he belongs to them! Hurry and go return him!

    • NOTES (22)

      • This is the first episode in which Yuusuke transforms into Kamen Rider Kuuga since Episode 5.

      • This episode's opening credits feature clips from Cho Kamen Rider Den-O & Decade NEO Generations The Movie: The Onigashima Battleship.

      • Kintaros is apparently quoting Narutaki when he says that someone had told the Taros "Decade will destroy the world".

      • On their way to the past, Momotaros jumps onto DenBird behind Decade. In Cho Kamen Rider Den-O & Decade NEO Generations The Movie: The Onigashima Battleship, Deneb did the same, much to Momotaros' annoyance and impaired vision.

      • Despite Tsukasa's insistence that Natsumi be the one to return Sieg to DenLiner, it is him who ultimately does it, leading to his appearance in Cho Kamen Rider Den-O & Decade NEO Generations The Movie: The Onigashima Battleship.

      • Kohana mentions that Ryoutarou (the regular one from the Den-O series played by Takeru Satoh) is away investigating the time disturbances through other means, thus explaining his absence from both this episode and the movie Cho Kamen Rider Den-O & Decade NEO Generations The Movie: The Onigashima Battleship.

      • No explanation is given for the absence of Yuuto Sakurai/Kamen Rider Zeronos and Deneb during Tsukasa/Decade's time on Den-O's World, although he may have been with the original Ryoutarou/Kamen Rider Den-O investigating the time disturbances.

      • Takuya Mizoguchi, who plays Ryoutarou Nogami here, previously played Kotarou in Kamen Rider Den-O The Movie: I'm Born!. His character here is the same as his I'm Born character, but grown up. He is referred to by his full name to differentiate him from the other younger Ryoutarou, who has taken the nickname 'Kotarou'.

      • Dori Sakurada, who plays Kotaro Nogami/Kamen Rider NEW Den-O here, also portrays that character in Farewell, Kamen Rider Den-O: Final Countdown and Super Kamen Rider Den-O & Decade NEO Generations: The Onigashima Battleship.

      • Narutaki and Kivahla do not appear in this episode.

      • Guest Riders:
        Kamen Rider Den-O Sword Form.
        Kamen Rider Silvera.

      • Decade Rider transformations:
        Decade.
        Kiva.

      • Diend Riders:
        Riotroopers (x3).

      • As shown with the Riotroopers, Diend can summon non-Kamen Riders, although they are based on Kamen Rider Faiz.

      • The Riotroopers, Kamen Rider's first mass-produced Rider-like army, previously appeared in Kamen Rider 555.

      • This episode leads into Cho Kamen Rider Den-O & Decade NEO Generations The Movie: The Onigashima Battleship. The events of that movie are the new journey that Owner speaks of at the end of this episode.

      • Diend's card holder resembles that used by Yuuto Sakurai/Kamen Rider Zeronos in Kamen Rider Den-O.

      • The picture portal to Kabuto's World depicts Tokyo Tower and a hand pointing to the sky; Tendou/Kamen Rider Kabuto's signature pose.

      • Tsukasa seems to recognize the new image in the picture portal as representing Kabuto's World, possibly due to his use of the Kabuto powers in Episode 1.

      • With this episode, Decade gains the ability to become Den-O and use his attacks. Den-O is the seventh Rider power acquired after Kuuga, Kiva, Ryuki, Blade, Faiz and Agito.

      • Kenta Miyake, who voices the Alligator Imagin here, previously voiced El of the Earth in Kamen Rider Agito as well as several guest monsters in the Super Sentai series.

      • Monsters:
        Alligator Imagin.
        Contract holder: Various.
        Past date: 30th December 2008.

        Mole Imagin.
        Contract holder: Various.
        Past date: None.

    • ALLUSIONS (2)

      • Tsukasa insisting on calling Hana 'Maruko' may be a reference to the title character in the long running anime Chibi Maruko-chan, who is a small young girl. Ironically, Hana is actually neither of those things, being a victim of an earlier time distortion.

      • The Alligator Imagin is based on the story The Fox and the Crocodile from Aesop's Fables.
