As Mezool absorbs Gamel, the Core Medals can be seen moving between them, two of which appear to be yellow and green, but Gamel was not shown consuming any of Kazari or Uva's Medals. In fact, at Maki's lab, the only Medals he could have consumed where from Mezool, himself, Uva and Ankh. Kazari toook Ankh's Medal and Maki still had Uva's Medals later.
The close up of Ankh's tablet shows that Kazari has 7 Core Medals, but the wider shot showing all the Greeed on one screen gives his number as 6.
Erika mentions that the transport truck will escorted by Ride Vendor Platoon members, but the three men with Goto during the operation all either ride in the car with Goto or in the truck itself. The only ones to use Ride Vendors in this episode are Eiji and Ankh.
Kazari clearly learnt of the Cell Medal transport operation from Dr. Maki, but it is unclear what Maki intended to gain from this. The Cell Medals were being delivered to him anyway so there was no need to steal them, unless he wanted to make it appear as though they had been stolen so Kougami would send more allowing him to build up his own secret supply. However, it was Uva and Gamel that drove away in the truck, unaware of Kazari's dealings with Maki.
Chiyoko doesn't notice Ankh's Greeed arm when he gets the urge to kill her, even though he holds it right up in front of her as she shoots him with the water pistol.
Eiji tells Keisuke to open his eyes and see that he is being used by the Greeed, but as Keisuke says, he's never heard of the Greeed and wouldn't know what was going on anyway. Indeed, it's not until he sees OOO fighting the Ageha Yummy that he begins to understand.
Although Goto is placed under house arrest by Kougami, he is still allowed access to Cell Medals and Ride Vendors until he gets home. He is later shown to still have his bazooka and the Candroids as well.
The word "should" on the front cover of Earth magazine is misspelt as "sould". It is unknown if this was an actual magazine cover however, and not something Keisuke imagined.
The Ride Vendor that Gamel searches under for dropped Medals appears to be plugged into somewhere; a thick black wire can been behind it running into the wall.
Somehow, Tadano is able to build and test his bombs at the Kougami lab without arousing any suspicion, not even when the holding tanks suddenly explode in a shower of water.
Ankh is seperated from Shingo's body for quite a while, but no one seems worried that Shingo will die without Ankh possessing him.
Kougami is shown to use a video camera on a tripod to talk to Dr. Maki, but although there is no camera operator, the shot pans and zooms as Kougami moves and speaks.
Somehow, Monta's clothing enlarges with his growing body.
When Hina pulls Ankh off of Shingo, no one seems bothered that he'll be dead within minutes if Ankh doesn't return.
When W executes CycloneTrigger's Maximum Drive, he inserts the Cyclone Memory into the Trigger Magnum instead of the Trigger Memory.
It is unknown when, where or how the Time Police came into possession of the Diend K-Touch, or even if they built it (and possibly the Decade K-Touch) themselves.
Eve says that the Time Police will be protecting time from now on. However, it is unknown what took them so long; if they possess time travel, they should have been encountered long before, such as when Ryoutarou first became Den-O in 2007, especially as they considered what he and the Taros were doing to be illegal.
Somehow, when Urataros escapes from G Den-O, he has the DenGasher Rod Mode with him, despite Reiji having the Den-O Rider Pass. He should have had his natural Imagin weapon, the Uratarod. Either way, he doesn't use it and it's no where to be seen when Urataros next appears. It's not until everyone gets back on DenLiner that the DenGasher is used. The Uratarod only appears when Urataros is Kamen Rider Diend.
It is unknown why the Spider Imagin here is identical to the Spider Imagin from the series. Imagin bodies are formed from their contract holder's mind so it is unlikely two people would have th exact same mental image of the creature from the story.
Although the first transformation into NEW Den-O Strike Form and Kintaono is consistent with how Kotaro and Teddy worked together, in Cho Kamen Rider Den-O & Decade Neo Generations: The Onigashima Battleship, possession by Deneb created NEW Den-O Vega Form, not a seperate weapon. It is unknown why it would be different for Deneb, although it may be that he is more compatible with Kotaro that the Taros.
