The man that disembarks DenLiner appears to have a Den-O Rider Pass. However, it may just share a similar design, the Den-O Pass being modelled on a regular ticket case.

Somehow, Ryoutarou comes to the conclusion that the Imagin are humans from the future, but no one had mentioned the possibility. For all he knew at the time, the Imagin could have been aliens.

As the Bat Imagin begins attacking 2004, Ryoutarou and Hana can see the destruction appear in 2007. However, it is unlikely that fires would still be burning and buildings still damaged over 2 years later.

As Kabuto and Gatack fight the Worms, Kabuto activates his Rider Kick, but does not move the Kabuto Zector's horn handle to the left (from the yellow side to red); he only motions with his hand as though doing it. The next shot however shows the handle in the correct place for him to pull it back.

Although wide shots during Kabuto's Clock Up fight with the Verberworm show the train visibly moving, shots from directly in front of it show it to be almost stationary.

Although Yaguruma commands his own Shadow ZECTrooper team, the ZECTroopers at Kagami and Misaki's fake wedding are regular ZECTroopers. Shadow is next shown fighting the Worm outside.

As Kabuto and the Worm fight on top of the cars during Clock Up, the Worm does a backflip onto a white car, clearly smashing the windscreen. However, as they both jump off the car as Clock Over approaches, the windscreen is intact.

Despite being based on the bee, Kamen Rider TheBee's Zector calls "Change Wasp". Although bees are a subtype of wasp, they are rarely referred to as such as they have their own name.

As Juka talks about Tendou to Hiyori, her plate can been seen to be almost full of cake. However, a few seconds later, there is a close up of the plate, she only has two small pieces left.

When Kagami grabs the ZECTrooper, he pushes his fingers into his side, pretending he has a gun. However, Kagami always carries a real gun which he could have used as a better ruse, even if he unloaded it first.

Even though Tendou seems to believe that he is destined to be Kabuto, it is unknown why the Zector flew to him and not Kagami when he was the one to summon it. The Zector may have some form of sentience and thought Tendou was the better choice.

Although Tadokoro refers to the ZECTrooper platoons by letter designations over the radio, his locator screen gives the platoons numbers, such as "P1" and "P5".

Hongo and Ichimonji's meeting is different from the series, in which Kamen Rider 1 rescues Ichimonji from Shocker, but here they have already met before becoming Riders.

The Rider's method of transforming is different from those used during the series.

Hideyo Amamoto (Dr. Shinigami) only appears through stock footage from previous Kamen Rider series. Amamoto passed away in 2003, 2 years before the film was made. Shinigami's voice is provided by Eiji Maruyama.

Hibiki's car is clearly a Toyota Yaris but it has a different badge on the front.

For some reason, all the compatible candidates kidnapped by the Undead were playing sports (basketball, baseball) when they were attacked.

After being attacked by the Jaguar Undead, Sayoko's hand is cut, but the Undead's claws went nowhere near her hand. if anything, her forearm should have been cut instead.

The straw target that Kazuma practises fighting is labelled "アンデッド", or "Undead".

Tachibana remembers Sayoko as she asked him to marry her, but he wasn't even looking at her at the time.
