Kaput & Zösky

Show Summary

So just what can you do for a living when you are a born dominator or a lonely terror? Well, you terrorize, you pillage, you conquer. Dumb question. And that's exactly what our two ultimate obliterators, Kaput and Zösky, have in their minuscule spaceship, scanning the horizon in search of planets to conquer, people to enslave, monarchs to dethrone, chaos, mayhem, and obliteration. But, for ridiculous reasons, unbeknownst to even them, their invasions are inevitably colossal failures, and they are systematically ejected from planet after planet. It's not as simple as it looks to be a ruthless tyrant, let alone two of them! Character Guide Kaput: Kaput is the short red-haired one. In his eyes, he is skilled in everything (including martial arts), but usually makes a fool out of himself and his friend Zösky because of his big ego. Zösky: Less obsessed with slaughtering, Zösky, the much thinner one, likes the idea of lying around as he is being served by alien slaves much more than the idea of obliterating the innocent. With Kaput's large ego and Zösky's less than perfect schemes, these two need to learn...from their own mistakes! Kaput and Zösky come from the French comic book "Kaput and Zösky: The Ultimate Obliterators", done by the renowned French cartoonist, Lewis Trondheim, so this show technically falls under the category of shows based on comic books, along with Garfield & Friends and The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show. Catch all the action of Kaput and Zösky, on Nicktoons TV Thursdays at 8:00 PM EST & Saturdays at 3:00 and 6:00 PM EST. In addition, Canadian owls can catch the show on Teletoon TV every morning at 3:00 AM EST. Kaput and Zösky is a great show and we hope you enjoy the guide.moreless

  • This show is about two guys who are always trying to conquer some random planet. But every time they try, they fail and move on to another planet.

    9.0
This is definitely one of my favorite shows. I know the plot is usually the same in every episode, but it's just so funny how those guys can never really rule a planet. It's too bad this show got cancelled for now, but I'll wait until it comes back. Also, I didn't think anyone else even liked or knew about this show, but I guess I was wrong. Anyway, I think this is a good show, and I would really appreciate it if it came back. It seems that there were also new episodes. Another reason I want this show to come back. Also, I have a few questions, which will hopefully be answered eventually.moreless
  • A show that deserved a Lot better than what it got.

    10
I've held off on writing a review for this show up until now as the show's description Still said that it was a new series and that it had Not gotten cancelled yet. Yet at this point in time however, I feel that if new episodes haven't been posted up by now, they're not going to get posted up at all. I consider this disappointing as I really liked this show & it Really had a lot of potential to go far. This show might have been ahead of it's time as well. I mean, "Kaput & Zosky" as far as I consider the series, was trying to fill a void left behind by such series such as "Ren & Stimpy, Rocko's Modern Life, The Angry Beavers," and "Catdog." Maybe "Kaput & Zosky" didn't do it Their way, but they tried to do it in a way that was original & for that, I think this show should be saluted! Enough said, true believers! ;)moreless
  • Bad animation and ridiculous storyline.

    3.0
"Kaput & Zowsky" is not only bad when it comes with animation, but the storyline is very boring and lacks that spark to gain the interest of the audiences.

The plot of the show is simple: two aliens, the smart Kaput and his bumbling pal Zowsky, are partners in-crime, roaming the entire universe to take over one planet at a time. But everytime they do so, the two would come to a staggering obstacle that usually destroys their attempt to dominate their destined planet, forcing them to leave and plan another day.

Not appealing at all, and possibly the worst I have ever seen.moreless
  • Well done indeed...

    10
Well done indeed is this show...and the sad truth is that is it remains somewhat obscure but brilliant. My advice is that to all who say that this show is a "rip-off of Invader Zim", you are all wrong and don't knock this show until you have truly tried it. Its classic, simple, and yet brilliant French animation along with the upbeat playback music in the background is what brings this show a formidable amount of justice. Trust me, try this show, sample it well, for it is brilliant, regardless of what some television viewers may or may not be saying.moreless
  • Could use work, bur nice try

    5.0
Don't get me wrong, it has a great original storyline, buyt the action lacks. There are at times some surprising things they do, like killing creatures, and sugestive themes, but then at the same time, it just slumps down in the funny area. The humor lacks in this French made cartoon. Animation is good though. They could work on the errors, and fine tweak it.
