Fed up with Pom Pom chewing her sofa to bits, Kathy enlists the help of a dog trainer to get her puppy in order. Among her teachings, the dog trainer insists that to get the dogs to come when she calls, Kathy should act like a squirrel and run away or perhaps act like a dying beetle. She also suggests dressing as a rat and firing guns into the air - a task which Kathy asks Jessica to perform, but ends up doing herself with mixed results.
Over at The Trident hotel, Mike redesigns the Kathy Griffin suite, much to Kathy's liking! Better yet, her super fan - also named Mike - gets to stay overnight in the newly designed suite! Unfortunately, Mike is extremely disrespectful, and so are his friends. Having heard that they got kicked out that night, Kathy discusses their poor behavior while the camera crew reveals that the group did everything Kathy hoped they would not do in the room.
Finally, it's off to the learning annex, where Kathy teaches a called "If I Can Do Standup, Anyone Can," which Kathy empha is actually not true. She meets an array of strange people, most notably a man named Snake, whom Kathy says looks like he has served time. She admits that the brings in the exact type of people she would have thought, and decides it was an appropriate cross-section of her fans.
