The local church is taking the senior citizens on an outing to the seaside and Hyacinth eagerly volunteers both herself and Richard to help with the old people. Of course, Elizabeth gets roped in as well and they are off to the seaside with Mrs. Lomax who suffers from motion sickness and a rather amarous Italian gentleman who is more than a little keen on grabbing Hyacinth's attention. (And any other part of her he can get his hands on!)

Once they arrive, the weather looks a bit dismal but the fun house and other entertaining things abound, including fun food and ferris wheels but it's not too much fun with Hyacinth constantly being chased and Mrs. Lomax feeling ill all the time!moreless
