  • With the Tweebs, there's no need for KP, Ron, or Rufus and no point to the show.

What's the point? This would have been a fantastic episode had not the writers introduced the Tweeb duo as the deus ex machina. I'm reminded of the old Batman series, that was cancelled after a very short run by the way. Why? Because viewers were asked to suspend disbelief too much. There is a point beyond which the storyline becomes ludicrous. Need to solve a problem, sure the twin brothers can build anything for you in no time. It will be better than the contraptions the villain has and it will be exactly what is necessary to save the day. Then, what's the point of the other characters, or the show for that matter? To the writers of the show, seriously, you are writing the demise of this series by relying too much on the twins (not to mention going overboard with what Wade can do at times). As characters, Kim works well and Ron is her perfect foil. Bonnie serves to help develop the Kim and Ron characters. The tweebs detract from this balance and will ultimately lead to the demise of the show if they are relied on as the solutions all too often.

Overall analysis: Lose the Tweebs. Relegate them to the very minor characters they were meant to be.moreless

I mean this episode wasn't all that but it wasn't bad either. I just don't care for Kim 2 little brothers all that much. There just so annoying to me. I know thats a part of little brothers job but they take their job way too seriously. Though i am happy they made a 4th season but now since they went through with it the show is really over now. The other 3 seasons i must say where way better then the 4th i mean i like that Ron and Kim were together but not the enemys. Not so much okay.moreless

This episode was amazing, I love the way kims car was made, but the episode isn't worth recording on my DVR tough. I love the show but all of it is starting to get old so I'll stop watching after the March 31 episode which is much like this one but with rons new baby sister. I also am not a fan of the kim/ron relationship because it trows the whole thing off and ron being the football teams reciver, I mean come on the mad dog thing was his thing. in other words It's time for this show to go.....moreless

  • Motor Ed convinces Shego to join him in stealing a rocket and then tricking it out into a race car. It is up to Kim and her new car, constructed by the tweebs, to stop them.moreless

In "Car Alarm", Kim goes car shopping after jelling over Bonnies' new ride. But she quickly discovers that she can not afford one, so her dad lets her have his old one called "The Sloth". After failing to get it to run, Kim agrees to let the Tweebs fix it. The result is a brand new, state-of-the-art, tricked out set of wheels. But unfortunately, Kim is now contractually obligated to drive them everywhere. Meanwhile, Motor Ed (John DiMaggio) breaks Shego out of prison and convinces her to join him and his mad wicked scheme, whatever that is. Actually, he steals a rocket from Kim's father and turns it in to a rocket car, that when breaking to thresh hold speed, will leave a wake of chaos and destruction. Naturally, it is up to Kim, with a little help from her brothers, to put a stop to this.
For some reason, when I first watched this episode I didn't like it. Maybe it was the mood I was in or something. But after watching it again, I truly appreciated what a good episode it was. First and foremost, it was the combo of Motor Ed and Shego. They were great to watch together. They could star in their own sitcom. I know that there is some Drakken/Shego fan fiction on the net, be give me Ed/Shego any day. Just the way the bounce of each other is fun to watch. And it is obvious that Ed likes Shego, but there was also an inkling of Shego liking Ed back. Sure she blasts him a lot, but she knows that he likes it, and she was willing to dress up for him in his master plan. By the way, she looked hot in her cheesy shut gun babe outfit. And Shegos' ultimate role in his plan, has Moter Ed's accessory, was shear brilliance. Here's to more Ed and Shego in the future. The rest of the episode deals with Kim getting a new car. Tricked out by the tweebs, who weren't that annoying in this one, the car becomes a super powered vehicle for Kimmie. The episode featured some really funny moments, included the birds, Kim's revenge on Bonnie and J. P. Bearamore, and of course the rings. This has to be, so far, the greatest moment of the new season. There where a couple of negatives. I thought the space part was a little too stupid, and I thought Kim was just a little to bent out of shape in this episode. I mean, Ron had to be very understanding in this one, because he caught the brunt of most it. I guess when Kim is exposed to her brothers for to long, she gets that way. But, all in all, "Car Alarm" was nice a ride, filled with jokes, and some shippiness.moreless

I LOVED IT! this episode was so funny. I thought the whole episode was funny but i do have favorite. My most favorite moment was when the magno rings come out and Rufus starts humming the wedding march, i was ROTF. My other favorite was when Kim gets in the car and she says "No mocking the hair". I like how in the end credicts when Bonnie throws Jim and Tim out of the car, they use the beam. Bonnie diserves what she got, twice. Ron getting attack by the crows was so funny. Many funny parts to say about this episode but then i would be giving away the whole episode.moreless

When Kim and Ron are in outer space, Ron says that he wants to try out a theory on eating in outer space. This is sort of like an episode of the Simpsons where Homer eats potato chips in outer space. The camera angles even resemble each other.

    • Married. . . With Children: Shego's "disguise" bears a striking resemblance the outfit worn by Peg Bundy, a character on the TV sitcom Married. . . With Children. Edit
    • Jim and Tim: Saved by the Wade. This is a play on the popular phrase Saved by the Bell, which means that something came up that saves you some trouble. In this episode, it is when Kim is about to get onto the Tweebs and Wade interrupts. Saved by the Bell was also the name of a classic TV sitcom. Edit
