The clips of Ron losing his pants came from the episodes Crush, Grudge Match, Exchange, Bonding, Hidden Talent, Grande Size Me, Sick Day, Dimension Twist, Emotion Sickness, and Monkey Fist Strikes.
In one shot when Drakken is looking around a corner in the hospital, you can see one of his eyes is completely black, while the other one the normal color.
In the pic that Ron shows Kim at Bueno Nacho to help her remember that they are dating, Kim is wearing earrings and her dress isn't destroyed at the bottom like it was in the movie So the Drama, and the episode Ill Suited.
When Kim mentions Ron calling her about a dream he had, she is referencing the very first events in the episode Ill-Suited.
Two of the flashbacks in which Kim remembered Ron losing his pants originated from the episode Exchange. Kim, however, was never there, so she couldn't have remembered those incidents.
This is fourth time Drakken attempts to take control of Kim. The other three times occured in The Twin Factor, Kimitation Nation, and Emotion Sickness.
This episode features the second of two "Make a Wish" children that were featured in season four episodes. Caitlin played the part of a little girl who asked for Kim Possible's autograph. The first child was in Grande Size Me.
This episode marks six months since the Junior Prom, and Kim and Ron's first date.
Drakken: (writing on cards) Go to hospital, steal machine, remember foolproof plan.
Shego: Oh, no. No! You are not going to become one of those list guys. That is so lame.
Drakken: (writing on a card) Tell...Shego...to...zip it.
(Ron arrives at Kim's house)
Ron: Morning, Mr. Dr. P, Mrs. Dr. P. So, any progress?
Mrs. Dr. Possible: Good news, most of Kim's basic memory's been restored.
Mr. Dr. Possible: But there was a little mix-up between the dishwasher and bathtub this morning.
Mrs. Dr. Possible: Worked out fine. Kimmy and the dishes all got clean.
Ron: Oh, but what about?
Mr. Dr. Possible: Don't worry, the forks and knifes were in the face-down position.
(As Ron is taking Kim to school)
Mrs. Dr. Possible: Oh, Ron, one thing.
Ron: Not to worry. I'll have KP back in time for dinner. After school, I'll give her a refresher around Middleton. It'll be like a second first date.
Kim: Are you hitting on me?
Ron: Um, Kim, we are dating. I'm your boyfriend.
Kim: Boyfriend? (Giggles) Oh, wait you're serious?
Ron: Oh, that wasn't painful at all.
(After Drakken is foiled)
Shego: Oddly enough, I have a card for this: "Dr. D fails."
Drakken: (reading his cards) First, we break into the lab, steal the M.R.M, I remember my foolproof plan, and then, we bowl with the henchmen. No, wait, bowling is tomorrow. These cards are out of order!
Drakken: Shego. At last, the pure nanotroneum is mine. The smallest, most powerful energy source known to ma...
Shego: (cutting him off) Are you for real? I was with you. I know what it is, Doctor Exposition.
Drakken: Fine. I was just enjoying the moment.
(Kim swoops in and takes the nanotroneum)
Kim: Sorry to spoil it.
Ron: (looking around) Um, aren't there supposed to be soldiers on this train?
Drakken: (checks his card) I bypassed the cooling system which set off the engine overload alarm. They all jumped off.
Shego: Overload? You mean the train's gonna explode?
Drakken: Yes, if I actually did bypass the system.
All: Did you?
Drakken: Um, er, no! Of course, I, um... I forgot to write a card to fake the bypass.
Shego, Ron, and Kim: So it is going to explode?
(There is a small explosion as an alarm sounds)
Drakken: It, um, would appear so.
(Shego is about to blast Kim and Ron)
Ron: Hey, wait wait wait! Shego, you tell her! Kim and I are dating, right?
Shego: What? For real? Oh come on. That never made any sense to me. I mean...
Ron: (to Kim) See? That wasn't a no...(Shego blasts him) Woah!
Drakken: It's the final stage of my plan; the serum that makes it all come together.
Shego: (sniffing) Hey, that smells like...
Drakken: Yes yes, I had plenty of the mind-control shampoo leftover. I concentrated it into a form that will make my plan...
Shego: Do not say "fool proof" because the more I hear, the more I think it's anything but.
(Shego storms off)
Drakken: Oh, yeah? Well. Hmrph. I need more cards of things to say when Shego gets lippy.
(After Drakken finishes his mind-control serum)
Drakken: (reading off a card) "Once completed, gloat with evil satisfaction."
Shego: Are you gloating to yourself?
Drakken: Mmm, no...
Shego: You totally were! Rrrgh, freak.
Drakken: So long, Kim Possible! You used to think you were all that, but you don't remember the all-thatness that you used to think that...you were...then, but...not now...
Shego: Yeah just, yeah just...just stop.
Ron: Any luck, Rufus?
(Rufus appears from beneath a clutter of wires and whimpers to Ron)
Ron: It's okay, buddy. Just take it slow.
(Rufus squeeks angrily at him)
Ron: Okay. Right. Don't take it slow. Try the blue one.
(A part of the train explodes)
Ron: Not the blue one! Not the blue one!
Kim: Why is my watch beeping?
(Ron turns the screen on)
Kim: Hi, uh, Wade.
Ron: (angrily) How did you remember his name?
Kim: You just said it.
Ron: Oh right. Heh.
(Kim has just lost her memory)
Ron: Kim, you alright?
Kim: Kim? Kim, who?
Kim: What is?
Ron: You are.
Kim: Am what?
Ron: Kim Posssible.
Kim: That so doesn't sound like a name.
(Kim and Ron arrive at the Middleton Hospital)
Kim: (to Ron) We're here to cheer. But not too much cheer.
Ron: Kim. Laughter is the best medicine. Unless, you know, you have an acute case of the giggles. Then the cure is worse than the condition.
(After his balloon animal flies out of his hands and lands on his head)
Ron: Okay. You know what, any clown can do balloon animals. What I do defies description.
Monique: True that.
Drakken: (reading off a card after the M.R.M. explodes) Oh, snap.
(After Kim has a flashback of all the times Ron lost his pants)
Kim: I remember. I remember! I gave you the belt for our half-iversary.
Ron: Yeah, I still don't get what exactly that is.
Kim: Ron, I remember that you are my boyfriend, and that I think I love you.
Ron: For real?
Kim: For real.
(Kim hugs Ron)
Ron: Now this is a memory.
This episode first aired in New Zealand on July 4th, 2007.
