If you watch closely, when Commodore Puddles drops Kim, her right shoe comes off. In the next shot, it shows that her left foot is bear instead of her right.
Ron: That would be the coolest shot ever... if it weren't for the 2000 ton poodle that has been unleashed into an unsuspecting world.
Kim: There's this monster poodle- Soldier: Name? Kim: Commodore Puddles. Soldier: Your name. Kim: Oh, uh Kim Possible.
(Rufus stalks the miniature city, snorting and growling, grabs a taco and starts munching on it) Ron: Cut! Rufus, you can't keep breaking character like that! (sigh) I'm gonna have to recast ya, buddy.
Drakken: I will soon be the size of a microscopic particle! So watch where you step, okay?
Kim: Flying saucers! Ron: Alien technology! Gen. Simms: Yada, yada. Kim: But that means all the rumors are true. Gen. Simms: Every last one of them. We've implemented a double-negative cover story. We make sure only to leak out information that is one-hundred percent accurate. Ron: But then it's not really secret! Gen. Simms: That's exactly what we want you to believe.
Gen. Simms: I'm initiating the base's self-destruct system. The secrets contained in Area 51 must never be exposed! Ron: What secrets? Everybody knows already!
Kim: Thanks for the lift, Special Agent Smith and Special Agent Smith. Smith #1: Dont mention it. The way you helped us with that security breach. . . Kim: No big, I just. . . Smith #2: No, seriously. Don't mention it.
Agent 1: We couldn't allow the public to see the Area 51 footage. Agent 2: So we switched it with one of your home movies. Ron: Home movies? Which one? (cut to Ron in his early years) Young Ron: I make a potty! Kim: Ron's big day? Ron: Ron's big day.
Drakken: Commodore Puddles, not now, can't you see Daddy's trying to put the finishing touches on his shrink ray? Shego: He needs to go out. Drakken: He was just out ten minutes ago. Shego: Now, what did we agree on? Drakken: (sigh) If I wanted a dog I had to promise to take care of him.
Drakken: No fair! I call cheatsies!
This is a half-length episode and first aired with with Day of the Snowmen.

Watership Down: When Rufus enters for the first time as a giant and he raises his nose to the sky it is very similar to the VHS cover of the 1978 animated movie Watership Down.
Independence Day: The lab, the floating saucers and the aliens in tubes are very much like the ones in movie Independence Day.
B Movies: The entirety of this episode is a satirical homage to the classic B-movie classics of enlarged animals, including, but not limited to: Attack of the Crab Monsters (1957), Attack of the Giant Leeches (1959), The Giant Gila Monster (1959), The Killer Shrews (1959), and The Giant Spider Invasion (1975).
Kim: "Agent Smith..." The two Agent Smiths wear similar clothes to The Matrix's Agent Smith.
Jurassic Park: The vibrations in the glass of water are a reference to a scene in Jurrasic Park when two kids in a jeep see vibrations in a glass of water that indicates that the T-Rex is coming.
Jurassic Park: The Lost World: A nice, quick homage to the scene in Jurassic Park: The Lost World where a T-Rex is unleashed in downtown LA and, at one point, begins lapping up water from a swimming pool.
The Empire Strikes Back: Kim tying up Commodore Puddles' legs with her grappler cable, causing him to fall, is a reference to The Empire Strikes Back; Luke and his co-pilot fire their grappler cables from their Snow Speeder to entangle the legs of an AT-AT, thus tripping the large machine and forcing it into the snow.
Honey I Blew Up the Kids: The shrink ray switching gears and making things larger is reminiscent of Disney's Honey I Blew Up the Kids, the 1992 sequel to Honey I Shrunk the Kids.
