Kindred: The Embraced

Season 1 Episode 5

Live Hard, Die Young and Leave A Good Looking Corpse

Aired Wednesday 8:00 PM Apr 17, 1996 on FOX

  • Trivia

    • As Lillie is preparing to cut Zane's throat with her fingernail, she stands with her hand raised above her head for awhile. When she is seen from the front, her hand is balled into a fist with her index finger extended, but when she is seen from the back all her fingers are extended. This view alternates several times, and with each view her hand varies between fist and outstretched fingers.

    • Frank, Caitlyn and the emergency room doctor all state that Grace died of a severe neck laceration, but every shot of her neck shows that her "severe laceration" actually is more of a 2 inch long scratch and it certainly doesn't look life threatening. Clearly the makeup department did not read the script that closely. Julian's self inflicted forearm wound looks worse than the neck injury.

    • Lille insinuates that she and Julian saw Elvis perform onstage in Memphis in 1955.

    • When Frank bursts out the back door of Haven the wall is blank with only a light above him. When they show the back door the next morning there is a neon sign that says Haven next to the light. When Frank chases Zane out the back door that night the camera shows the wall again and there is no neon sign in the shot.
