  • King And Maxwell.

    9.0
What started out with Agent Carter being arrested and suspended over a busted tail light by two dirty cops, which was all a setup. King and Maxwell decide to handle his case, Agent Carter was working on a separate case involving K-17 a Mexican Cartel. This guy Doyle Ross was an informant that Carter was handling, he winds up dead (A Professional Hit). This is when it gets interesting, Ross was receiving payments of $2,000 over a period of seven years from Congressman Dawson. This leads back to seven years ago involving a Congressman named Dawson who was question but not charged over the death of a woman named Eliza Perkins. She was an intern, apparently she was strangled and dumped in a park. This all leads back to the two dirty cops who was being paid by Congressman Dawson to set up Agent Carter, to get him out of the way so they could get kill Doyle Ross. Because there was no K-17, Ross knew who murdered Perkins, it was Congressman Oliver Dawson and somehow Agent Steve Gibson was involved as well, they needed someone in the FBI to make it all happen. King and Maxwell found the murder weapon back at Ross' place, thats why i guess he was blackmailing Congressman Dawson. This was personal for Sean King when he was in the Secret Service a Presidential Candidate was shot dead, when King was supposed to protect him. But what did Edger find in the video at the end, that could possibly not be Sean' fault. Another Fantastic Episode. Thumbs Up.moreless
  • Coming to the aid of a friend

    6.0
When Agent Carter is arrested and suspended for an altercation with two local cops, King and Maxwell come to his aid and discover Carter was targeted and is only the latest victim in a conspiracy that goes back seven years and involves a member of the House of Representatives.

Although the episode once again forces national implications in one of King and Maxwell's routine investigations (let's see we've had the fate of the world, attacks on foreign dignitaries on . soil, and now murder by a Representative), it works well enough, brings the and their FBI associates closer together, and gives us a little more insight into King's past (plus the foreshadowing of more to come as Edgar makes a discovery).
