This is a fairly enjoyable episode of the series.
Most of the laughs come from Dale, as he tries to pose as a teen to get a paper delivery route (for reasons that never seem to be made overly clear) and striking up a deal with Bobby to do his route while Bobby sleeps in the back of his van.
Meanwhile, Peggy also strikes a deal with Minh to get household hints in return for supplying her with the crossword solutions. We haven't seen much from Minh or Khan in a while, so it was good to see them featured.
There is a continuity error as Peggy gets her job working for the Arlen Bystander, as she had already been seen working there in 'Smoking and the Bandit' last season.
This story is actually hold over episode from not last season, but season eight!
Peggy's accident with giving out a recipe for mustard gas seems a little too convenient, and leads to some almost modern-'Simpsons' "wackiness", but it doesn't mar things too much and makes a satisfying conclusion to the story.
By no means a classic, but reasonable in its own way.
