Starting in January, [adult swim] will be conquering the 10 o'clock hour, 7 days a week, to make room for our newest acquisition, King of the Hill.

I think I heard that they are no longer considering ABC because FOX wants the show to end, and they are just showing re-runs on here instead.

I doubt there will be a revival, but I'm happy KOTH repeats will have a safe home.

Does anyone know which reruns were picked up? The commercials only show what looks like the first and second seasons.

I'm not too worried. Very rarely are there syndication deals where you can pick and choose what seasons you want; 95% of the time, it's all or nothing.

That's what I figured. They should just start at S1E1 and go all the way to the end, this last season on FOX should be over by then.

It looks like they picked up where FX left off. This was a surprise, I was just looking through the FX listings the other day for KOTH (FX always pissed me off by not having the same shows on at the same time every day) and was worried when I didn't see it listed all week.

I hope they have all the seasons, I have no need to see the first 6 seasons since they're on DVD. They better be airing them all or the DVD recorder I just bought will go to waste

I don't really like the new time slot, not very convinent for me to watch/record it at that time, the middle of the afternoon on FX was much better.

This is now the 3rd FOX show Adult Swim will save from extinction. I have no doubt at all that there will be more episodes of King of the Hill now that they will build an even bigger fan base on a new channel. I have long since stopped watching The Simpsons, South Park, Family Guy, and what a suprize, King of the Hill is still as watchable in season 13 as it ever was. I doubt that other show Mike Judge is making will last long, hopefully he won't be bitter about it failing and ruin a new season of KotH...

Has anyone noticed if these episodes are cut for time? I would assume most syndicated shows are, but Adult Swim's commercial schedule is different.

It's probably the same syndication edits.

I haven't noticed any cuts, KOTH only has 2 commercial breaks on adultswim anyway.
