I thought Bill was Hank's opposite; after all, Hank has everything Bill doesn't (a family, a well-paying job, self-confidence, etc.).

    Sha-Shaaaaah!

Where does "wingo" come from, anyway? Or is it just a gribble-ism?

Dale is the only reason I bother to occasionally watch this show in the first place!

Who knows. I never heard it until Dale said it.

Dale: I hid Joseph's present so well last Christmas that I still haven't found it... Cutest little puppy. Or should I say dog?

What I mean is that Dale is funny because he is Hank's opposite. Hank is the ultimate patriot, dale is a conspiracy theorist, and so on. And that is funny, like the odd Couple. And its many versions.

"Ultimate Patriot?" On the same network with Stan Smith?

Ultimate patriot as in if he ever loses faith in America, you know what, I'm not going to continue this discussion, bu this is a forum for Dale Gribble, not Hank! All I mean is that Hank has complete faith in the government, Dale has no faith in it. That is IT!!

Uh... okay. Hank's a model citizen, but not necessarily a patriot. Mind you, he once snuck in from Mexico.

Dale is just funny because he is. Nothing to do with Hank, although they are, in a lot of ways, opposites. And when they are together, it is just funny.

I agree with plumber-man. Dale and Hank go together so well. Their episodes are the best. Like "A Fire Fighting We Will Go" and "A Dog Dale Afternoon." Any episode that involves Dale and Hank is one of my favorites. Oh, and I can't forget about "To Kill A Ladybird."

I just love the episodes where Dale gets so close to realizing about Redcorn and Nancy and the fact Joseph isnt his son. Everytime he doesnt realize it I laugh so hard. Like on "Dog Dale Afternoon" when Redcorn gets shot trying to sneak into Dale's house:
Dale: "I know what you're trying to do."
Redcorn: Dale, I didnt want you to find out this way.
Dale: Now get inside and start mausaging (I cant spell that) my wife.
Redcorn: You've got to be kidding.
Dale: I dont kid about my mower.
Redcorn: (To Nacncy) He's taking some of the fun outta this.

And in "Of Mice and Little Green Men" he mentions 9 months before Joseph was born we was away looking for aliens. Dale: Nancy had a bad headaque and couldnt join me so I left Redcorn to take care of her. How could I be so stupid. Joseph's real father is...
    Hank: Nancy loves you!
    Dale: A alien!

"I've made two vows in my life. One to the NRA, and another to Nancy Hicks-Gribble nee Nancy Hicks." I love that episode, but what's it called?
