Bill is diagnosed with diabetes! Wait, didn't we already assume that?

This episode is going to be stupid. You can't get Diabetes from eating too much sugar. If that was the case over 3/4 of America would have it.

It'll be Type 2 diabetes. Actually, one of my friend's father got Type 2 diabetes in his late 40s. Had a beer gut like Bill, and one day started really craving orange juice (hence probably the tie-in to Bill's addiction to sweets) and he went to doctor and was diagnosed with it. I don't know how they're going to get any humor on this episode. They better not show any needles.

That comment is so sad yet so true at the same time.

Personally, I've got a grandfather who was diagnosed with diabetes over forty years ago and I can tell you it's not funny at all. But is KotH really all about laughs? I've been recently watching the first five seasons and I have to tell you - it's become a comedy-like show only recently 'cause in the begining it was something like comedic drama. Anyway - I'm looking forward to this episode. Mostly because Bill makes me sad as a character and I hope this episode won't be about fun at all. Well, we'll see tomorrow.

Ah this plot reeks of when Bill became a homosexual barber with Luanne & when he met the bodybuilders last season.

I thought that wheel chair guy was the body builder. It would make sense seeing as his upper body was so huge and his legs were so tiny.

As for the episode, the writers really need to do research. Not only can you not get diabetes from eating too much sugar but you sure as hell can't be cured of diabetes from diet and exercise.

I guess the writers just don't want to be continuous the same as no one ages.

i just saw this episode...it was ok. Not my favorite. Personally i can't wait to see the episode where luanne finally has her baby! Since bill was going on a diet why did bobby have to be on one too? He's just...13?..he can't get diabetes yet.

Naw, the main body builder in the older episode was voiced by Diedrich Bader, who played "Oswald" on The Drew Carey Show who played the redneck neighbor in Mike Judge's "Office Space". Tonight's guy was Jack Steinfeld, whoever that is.

You know it's never too early for kids to go on a diet. Childhood obesity is a big problem, fat babies, fat kids, fat teens, huge health problems later in life, etc. Do you not watch the news??

Meh. It was okay, not my favourite. Could've been better with the plot but I don't think they did that great of a job with it. Overall 2/5.

That is a dumb thing to say. Bobby needs a diet now, because of how he eats. He is overweight, out of shape, and needed to change his life. He had gout in an episode for gosh sakes.

whatever...i don't think bobby will keep up with the diet for long. well...it would be funny seeing him actually loose weight and as a result he looks better than joseph and he starts to get more attenion from girls than joseph and he gets new clothes and other cool stuff and joseph gets jealous and makes him eat junk food and makes him fat again. oh and i forgot about bobby getting gout in that one episode.

Joseph has a six pack, there is no way in hell Bobby could ever look that good. And Joseph still has horrible luck with women .

I enjoyed that episode a lot, I must say. But I owe it mostly to the wheelchair sports team. And it was nice seeing Bill happy.

And I actually hope Bobby stays on his diet and loses weight. That would be something worth seeing.
