Since this might be the last time we'll be seeing KOTH for awhile, depending on the fate of those final six produced episodes, we should at least pay some respects.

I'll be honest with you- this particular episode was nothing special. "Uh-Oh Canada" was heavy on tired xenophobia jokes, and the fact that the Canadians turned out to just as unpleasant as Dale and Bill assumed made everything ring hollow. On the bright side, we finally confirmed that Jeff is in fact Boomhauer's first name.

The animation seemed different in this episode than the previous ones - as if the animators got lazy and scribbled them down quickly in some scenes. The plot was funny, and I was surprised that at age 13 with 6'2 dad, Hank, that Bobby is only 4'11. Another nice addition to King of the Hill.

Plus, the whole "waving flag" motif seemed really out of place.

Someone said that Colin Mochrie did voice work as Gordon in this episode, but he wasn't listed. This could be a coincidence or someone else voiced Gordon.

I know, that isn't KOTH's style to emphasize someone's words with a changing background. But I've seen theme do that dozens of times in Simpsons and Family Guy (ex. that "the more you know" from the FG episode 'The Son Also Draws")

Yes, it was in the FOX press release. The futoncritic has the summary:
    http://www.thefutoncritic.com/listings.aspx?id=20090427fox10

Having uncredited guest stars is something that KOTH has done in the past.

Exactly. Look at Charles Nelson Reilly (the voice of Dale's dad).
